Executive Director
Generate leads and negotiate contracts for land development on a 42-acre parcel.

use of properties for revenue generation and future sale. Obtain applicable perm
its by deploying a team including public relations, economist, active adult cons
ultant, and videographer. Support legal team in preparation for Superior Court a
nd Appellate Court Appeals. Drive marketing initiatives and collaborate with thi
rd party vendors. Exercise proactive client services, developing relationships a
nd qualifying buyers in a depressed economy.
* Assembled 13 different properties into a 42-acre parcel in 24 months, using a
matrix of traditional and innovative procurement processes.
* Developed a 396-unit affordable housing project valued at over $100M.
* Coordinated 27 public hearings in 9 months while directing a multi-functional
project team.

Submitted bids in response to RFPs and negotiated contracts for custom cabinetry
work in health care institutions and residential projects. Developed specifica
tions for each job and wrote estimates for work. Coordinated the creation of sho
p drawings for projects to be built and collaborated with clients to approve dra
wings. Managed scheduling for installation and shop, accounts receivable (A/R) a
nd accounts payable (A/P), payroll, taxes, insurance, and collections.
* Grew the company exponentially from its start as a 1-person supply shop to a f
ull-service contractor with 20 employees.
* Created one of the 1st automated small cabinet shops in Connecticut, with a 12
,000 sq. ft. facility that earned the designation "Fastest Growing Cabinet Shop"
by Wood & Wood Products Magazine.
* Developed a strong client base serving hospitals, clinics, doctor offices, and
medical research facilities, earning up to $2.7M in annual revenues, with the l
argest project at $1.6M.
* Generated an estimate and bidding system to streamline cabinetry and counterto
p estimates.
