First pour 750cl of water into the pot and bring it to a boil
Then add the 250g of rice and leave it for 30 min more or
less
After the time has elapsed, remove it from the heat and let
it cool for 10 minutes.
Now add a splash of rice vinegar and stir the rice well.
Spread the mat on a napkin so as not to dirty anything
and add a little rice, roll it up, and press hard until the rice
is well pressed. Repeat this process until the rice is gone.
After add them to the rice rolls that we have made and cut
the nori seaweed into strips.
Then roll the rice with the seaweed on top, if you roll it
around the rice you will be making mki futo or makizushi.
Sprinkle a little ketchup or another sauce that you like on
top and that's it.
