Behaviour-1-Drive For Results

Well aware of the objectives of the Departments and the goals to be achieved.
Implemented new strategies for recruitments and co-ordinated with consultants specially
in driving contest for faster closure of Open Position which was well appreciated by the
Sales Team.

Behaviour-2-Customer Focus

Was able to manage Newly joined Employees requirment such as Visitng Cards / Getting
system configured / ID cards on time.
Employee greviences cases in Calicut, Perinthalmanna, Palakkad was handled with ease
with the support from Zone.
Worked along with the BSM’s for UM recruitment in locations like Perinthalamanna,
Kannur,Calicut,Thiruvalla, Vadagara wherein consultant wasn’t able to support with
Required Manpower.

External Customers-
Sorting out consultant payment issues.
Addressing source conflict issues and effectively building the relations with the
consultants which actually enhanced recruitment support provided by them

Behaviour-3-Taking Ownership
Ensured that activites within the TALIC branches are as per the Company Code of
Conduct
Was able to find complete solutions for conflicts arising between Supervisor and
Reportee by keeping in mind the integrity part- (Cochin-Nija / Calicut-Rajasree /
Perinthalmanna-Unnikrishnan / Palakkad-Priya S Menon).
Have taken up few initiatives for driving contest (Company / Local) for recruitment
purpose, which was highly appreciated by the Sales Team.
Also took Ownership in organising programmes like the 10th year Celeberations,WOW
Program and Employee Engagement Activities.

Behaviour-4-Timely Decision Making

Priority cases of F&F, Consultant payments were closed by regularly following it up with
HO & Zone.
Coordinated with BSM’s & AM’s for recruitment purpose for locations wherein
consultant support was less. Tried many initiatives like Banner Display,Leaflet
Distribution, and aggresively driving employee referral scheme which did yeild result.
Was able to find a closure on highly volatile cases like the Vadagara Labour Office Court
Case and the Trivandrum Vanitha Commission Case,also with the help of extended
support from Zone.
Timely udpates from the region on the Unioun Issues in the Industry was updated to the
Zone to be prepared and take evasive action to prevent such incidents in TALIC.

Behaviour –5-Withstanding Pressure

Was able to bring down the Number of Days from Shortlisting to Onboarding by closely
following it up with candidates and also by great support shown by the Sales Team.
F&F cases which has crossed 90 days limits has always been handled on priority as these
cases tends go in for an escalation to senior levels.
The complexity of Vadagara Labour Office Court Case and the Trivandrum Vanitha
Commission Case was handled with composure with assistance from Zone, which helped
to see a closure.

Behaviour-6-Interpersonal Effectiveness
Relationship building with Sales Team has helped in reducing the no. of days taken from
the Date of interview to onboarding.
AM’s & RM has provided support in terms of UM Recruitment to be top Priority in
BSM’s Agenda
Constant touch with the UM’s has helped the recruitment via employee referral part to a
great extent.
Consultant support has shown a positive trend by maintaing the good relationship in
terms ,by providing Senior Openings which will fetch them more earnings,Keeping them
Updated about the Industry changes, and more importantly addressing the Consultant
Team on the new ways of recruitments and also running Recruitment contest and
awarding them for their peformance and efforts.
Maintaing a good relationship with the consultant has also helped us to source candidates
for Internal Locations, which is normally not their comfort zone.

Behaviour-7-Functional Excellence

Was able to bring in new ways of Recruitments by putting up Up Flex Banners in Branch
premises,Naukri Sourcing of Bulk Sms and Mailers.Focus was also given to Recruiment
consultants by driving the contest like DHAN DANA DHAN which was PAN INDIA
contest for Consultants.Local Certificate contest was also rolled for the Region called
MARCH FORWARD.
Key focus was always on the Employee referral part where in daily updation on the open
position and the monetary benefit invovled in referring a candidate was intimated to the
Employees via sms which resulted in 51% of Non consultant sourcing.
