As the VP Treasury, my primary responsibilities included corporate insurance, in surance revenue recognition, corporate planning and asset sales. By utilizing t he production platforms which increased the off balance sheet servicing rights. The entire process from selection, pricing, reporting, legal doc's to settlemen t aspects of the transaction is handled by this office. Over the past 8 years, over $1.9 billion in principle notes have been sold. The insurance side has con tributed positively to the corporation's EPS since 2005 which was the first year of its operation. In summary, my position encompassed a mixture of being a troubleshooter, problem solver and negotiator.
