Abstract
The Bradford method is a colorimetric technique used for protein quantification. The reagent
used for this process is usually called "Bradford Reagent" which is prepared using Coomassie
Brilliant Blue G-250 as a dye. In this practice, the protein concentration of commercial milk
samples will be reduced, using the Bradford method, which by preparing a calculated
calibration curve to determine the protein concentration in an unknown sample.
