ASTONISHMENT REPORT

Being a part of Delfingen’s family is one of my greatest achievements I’ve been

looking up to. The environment is very adaptable and is very open for new challenges

and opportunities that might come in. Most of the employees are very approachable and

knowledgeable enough for me to guide all throughout the process.

The company itself is very broad in an automotive industry. It is very interesting

and fascinating. It really helps me understand the connection of automotive to my field

of expertise as mechanical is very extensive. I can also see that the process is very

centralized and it is easy to get the streamline. No doubts that there is no delay in

submitting the reports since anything that we have escalations can be addressed

immediately to our direct managers. The company holds its goal to standardized the

process as well as the products and services. Before then, I thought that it was only

based locally however, when I get through the process it surprised me that it is

connected internationally and distributed a varieties of products and services.

Reflecting myself to these type of industry was very fulfilling. I was able to identify

my strength in terms of being an effective and efficient employee in the workplace. I can

do multitasking and proficient to create on time job responsibility. I challenged myself to

enhance my analytical skills, planning and decision making to provide a stable approach

to all my colleagues. I commit myself to not being too much confident to avoid lapses.
 If only I had the voice to say anything to be changed in the company, I would

rather have to suggest a spacious laboratory for all the testing we will be performing in

the future since the laboratory has a big impact on the materials that were produced.

Also, the thing that I can suggest to the company is to have a more advanced

technology and developed more high spaced equipments. Apart from this, I am very

surprised how Delfingen serves its customers. They are very customer-center. Making

their customers as a priority was their daily mantra. In terms of the products and

services offered, it was thoroughly designed for any automotive related aspects as they

serves as the nervous system of the automotive industry. Sometimes, it fails to hit the

product specifications due to the change of production process. However, it will always

be the parameter of the automotive growing business. But, as a whole, the company is

still striving it’s best to hit the target and meets its goals and objectives.

I am very glad and thankful to be a part of Delfingen. I appreciate the importance

of teamwork. It’s better to say, “Two heads are better than one.” Although, I have an

introvert side but, I was surprised that it changed a lot of my whole being.
