WHAT IS PRE-END REVERSE FUNCTION? This function allows the unit to change the tape transport direction a.few minutes before te front side of the tape reaches the end. Continuous recording of both sides of the tape can be made without interruption when the PREEND REVERSE switch is set to ON. When the switch is set to OFF, recording is interrupted at the beginning of the leader tape.
