Psychology had always been an extremely useful branch of study that has successfully
found its application in various fields .However the most influential and useful impact of
psychology in recent times had been on the emerging trends on human resource
management.
Human resource management is the branch that has emerged out of the older concept of
personnel management. From the bureaucratic system of wage administration to the labor
relation and trade unionism and subsequently to the concept of personnel management
and finally evolving as the human resource management, the study has developed in a
mammoth way .At present human resource is still in the process of development as
complete scientific function immensely dependent on the subject of psychology. Most
importantly organizations are increasingly dependent upon skilled workers who could

they are demotivated or misguided .There passion is usually more directed towards quick
money and enjoyment .Psychology plays a major role to motivate this section of
employees and direct them towards proper productive work oriented.
Psychology thus can be seen to be having an immense amount of impact on human
resource management. Psychologists are being appointed to motivate and even
understand the mind set of an employee. While conducting interviews things are made
sure through the application of psychological tools that only right and job fit people enter
an organization and no right person is rejected. Psychology, spirituality and anthropology
are leading disciplines that help an organization to keep a proper working atmosphere and
employer employee relationship that increases the quality of production within it.
