Transfer Certificate
Course Certificate, Conduct and Character Certificate
Students who are awaiting their results should submit their degree and final year
marks statement on or before 16.08.2011
S.S.L.C. or any other Certificate for proof of age
Physical fitness certificate certified by a Government Medical Officer
Community Certificate for candidates selected under OBC/SC/ST Category
Non creamy layer certificate for candidates selected under OBC category
Annual Income certificate for OBC candidate
Candidate provisionally selected under PH category will have to be approved by the
Medical Board as per NITT norms
