1.2 Antioxidantes
Los antioxidantes, están presentes en la dieta ingerida por los seres vivos,
sobre todo en las frutas y verduras. Según el Instituto Nacional de Cáncer
y la Academia Nacional de Ciencias de EE.UU., se sugiere que dos frutas y
tres verduras por día una ingesta adecuada. (13)
