VI Exposición Internacional de Arte Postal en Avilés

El Ayuntamiento de Avilés y CORREOS invitan a creativos de todo el mundo y a quienes quieran incorporarse a la
iniciativa, a participar en la VI Exposición Internacional de Arte Postal/Mail Art, que con el lema «el aire», se
celebrará en el Palacio de Valdecarzana, en Avilés. Asturias (España), en el mes de diciembre de 2021.

CORREOS Filatelia emitirá un sello con una de las obras postales seleccionada entre todas las recibidas para la
VI Exposición Internacional de Arte Postal en Avilés, con el lema «el aire», y que será puesto en circulación en la
VII edición de 2022.

Los participantes deberán especificar en su obra su consentimiento escribiendo el texto SÍ CEDO, si están de
acuerdo con que se utilice su obra, o NO CEDO en caso contrario.

De entre las obras postales donde figure SÍ CEDO, CORREOS Filatelia elegirá la obra objeto del sello.

La obra postal elegida no tendrá un carácter comercial al estar estipulado el sello como una tasa de franqueo, no
realizando ningún tipo de acción comercial fuera de esta limitación sin la autorización del autor o autora.

CORREOS Filatelia difundirá dicha obra/sello con el nombre y apellido del autor o autora tanto en el sello como en
la divulgación que del mismo se realice.

Envía tus tarjetas postales, que puedes crear con los materiales que quieras, y en las que puedes intervenir
libremente, en las que, de alguna manera, esté presente el lema «el aire»: viento, brisa, corriente, céfiro,
airear, soplo, aliento, exhalación, hálito, aire de grandeza, mal aire, aire acondicionado, aire del sur, que
corra el aire…

ENVÍO: POR CORREO POSTAL, SI NO TIENE MATASELLOS, NO VALE —SIN SOBRE—, las obras de Arte
Postal no se abren, se exponen como llegan.

 VI International Avilés Mail Art Exhibition
Ayuntamiento de Avilés and ANMinvestigación are pleased to invite creatives from around the world, and everyone
who wants to join the initiative, to participate in the VI International Avilés Mail Art Exhibition, themed “the air”,
to be held at the Palacio de Valdecarzana, in Avilés, Asturias (Spain; Europe), during December 2021.

CORREOS Filatelia will issue a stamp with one of the postal works selected among all those received for the VI
International Exhibition of Postal Art in Avilés, with the slogan «the air», and which will be put into circulation in the
VII edition of 2022.

Participants must specify in their work their consent by writing the text SÍ CEDO, if they agree that their work is
used, or NO CEDO otherwise.

From among the postal works where SÍ CEDO appears, CORREOS Filatelia will choose the work that is the object
of the stamp.

The chosen postal work will not have a commercial character since the stamp is stipulated as a postage fee, not
carrying out any type of commercial action outside this limitation without the authorization of the author.

CORREOS will disseminate said work/stamp with the author's name and surname both on the stamp and in the
disclosure that is made of it.

CORREOS Filatelia émettra un timbre avec l'une des œuvres postales sélectionnées parmi toutes celles reçues
pour la VI Exposition Internationale d'Art Postal à Avilés, avec le slogan «l'air», et qui sera mis en circulation dans
la VII édition de 2022.

Les participants devront indiquer leur consentement sur l'oeuvre qu'ils ont réalisée en écrivant le texte SÍ CEDO,
s'ils conviennent que leur oeuvre peut-être
être utilisée, ou dans le cas contraire NO CEDO.. Parmi les œuvres postales
où apparaît SÍ CEDO, CORREOS Filatelia choisira l'œuvre qui fera l'objet du timbre.

L'œuvre postale choisie n'aura pas de caractère commercial puisque le timb

Die Gemeinde von Avilés zusammen mit dem ANMinvestigación,, laden alle kreativen Personen von der ganzen
Welt, und diejenigen, die sich zu dieser Initiative integrieren wollen, dazu ein, bei der 6. INTERNATIONALEN
AUSSTELLUNG VON KUNST-POSTKARTEN,
POSTKARTEN, sich zu beteiligen.

Die Exposition, mit dem Motto “die

die Luft
Luft”, findet im Dezember 2021 im PALACIO DE VALDECARZANA in Avilés –
Spanien statt.

CORREOS Filatelia wird eine Briefmarke mit einem der Postwerke herausgeben, die unter allen für die VI V
Internationale Ausstellung für Postkunst in Avilés erhaltenen ausgewählt wurden, mit dem Slogan «
«die Luft», das in
der VII-Ausgabe von 2022 in Umlauf gebracht wird.

Die Teilnehmer müssen ihre Zustimmung zu ihrer Arbeit angeben, indem sie den Text SÍ CEDO schreiben, wenn
sie damit einverstanden sind, dass ihre Arbeit verwendet wird, oder NO CEDO anderweitig.

Unter den Postwerken, in denen SÍ CEDO erscheint, wählt CORREOS Filatelia das Werk aus, das Gegenstand der
Briefmarke ist.

Das gewählte Postwerk hat keinen kommerziellen Charakter, da die Briefmarke als Portogebühr festgelegt ist und
keine kommerzielle Aktion außerhalb dieser Einschränkung oh

ne Genehmigung des Autors durchgeführt wird.

CORREOS Filatelia wird das Werk/den Stempel mit dem Vor Vor- und Nachnamen des Autors sowohl auf dem
Stempel als auch in der Offenlegung, die daraus gemacht wird, verteilen.

Il Consiglio Comunale di Avilés e ANMinvestigación invitano i creativi di tutto il mondo e coloro che vogliono aderire
all'iniziativa per partecipare alla VI Esposizione Internazionale di Arte Postale / Posta, che con il motto "l'aria" si
terrà presso il Palacio de Valdecarzana, in Avilés. Asturie (Spagna), nel dicembre 2021.

CORREOS Filatelia emetterà un francobollo con una delle opere postali selezionate tra tutte quelle ricevute per la
V Esposizione internazionale di arte postale di Avilés, con lo slogan «la terra», e che sarà messo in circolazione
nella VII edizione del 2022.

I partecipanti devono specificare nel proprio lavoro il proprio consenso scrivendo il testo SÍ CEDO, se concordano
che il loro lavoro viene utilizzato o NO CEDO in caso contrario.

Tra le opere postali in cui appare SÍ CEDO, CORREOS Filatelia sceglierà l'opera oggetto del francobollo.

L'opera postale prescelta non avrà carattere commerciale poiché il francobollo è stipulato come una tassa di
affrancatura, non effettuando alcun tipo di azione commerciale al di fuori di questa limitazione senza
l'autorizzazione dell'autore.

CORREOS Filatelia diffonderà tale opera / timbro con il nome e il cognome dell'autore sia sul timbro sia nella sua
divulgazione.

Городской совет Авилеса и CORREOS приглашают творческих людей со всего мира и тех, кто хочет
присоединиться к инициативе, принять участие в VI Международной выставке почтового искусства / Mail Art,
которая под девизом «el aire» будет проходить в Дворец Вальдекарзана в Авилесе. Астурия (Испания),
декабрь 2021 года.

CORREOS Filatelia выпустит марку с одной из почтовых работ, отобранных из всех полученных на V
Международную выставку почтового искусства в Авилесе, с лозунгом «земля» и которая будет введена в
обращение в VII выпуске 2022 года.

Участники должны указать свое согласие в своей работе, написав текст SÍ CEDO, если они согласны с тем,
что их работа используется, или NO CEDO в противном случае.

Из почтовых произведений, где появляется SÍ CEDO, CORREOS Filatelia выберет произведение,

являющееся объектом марки.

Выбранная почтовая работа не будет иметь коммерческого характера, так как печать предусмотрена в
качестве почтовой оплаты, без каких-либо коммерческих действий за пределами этого ограничения без
разрешения автора.

CORREOS распространит указанное произведение / штамп с именем и фамилией автора как на штампе,
так и в раскрытии, которое из него сделано.
