Lace Tunic

Materials: Cotton. I used Lincraft Amalfi cotton, 10 balls. (any 8ply cotton or
linen would substitute)
4mm needles.

Cast on 100 st (if adjusting size, remember to keep number of stitches even, my
recommendation would be to either add or subtract 10 sts at cast on. The rest can be
left as is just be aware that you need to evenly divide the amount of sts you have for
neck shaping, eg: if making smaller by 10 sts when it comes to neck shaping you need
to k 44 st then c/o 64 then k 44)

1. k1, *k2tog, yo*, repeat to last stitch, k1

2. Purl all
3. k1 * yo, s1k1psso*, repeat to last stitch, k1
4. Purl

Finished top before sewing together.

Sew up side and sleeve seams and then add straps about 10 cm in on either side of
neck opening, I crochet a 3 strings of single crochet across the shoulder. Then I
single crochet some ties to use to gather the side seams. These embellishments
are optional. It would like nice with a wide belt as well.
Top without embellishments.
