IoLanComm (Current Assignment)
Description:
This software is developed for supervision of Kakrapar Atomic Power Station, Kakrapar.
This helps user to monitor different parameters in plant. This program communicates
with IO Unit through UDP/IP Protocol. IO has a microprocessor card which scans plant
parameters at different scan interval and sends to CRCS server through UDP/IP Protocol.
COIS server in turn reads these values and puts them in common segment

Module 2:
WSLANCOMM: This program runs on both server and client. It takes all analog and
digital data from common segment and broadcasts it to whole network. Clients read these
values and update their common segment from latest data. For this one thread in server
runs for sending data and one thread in client runs for receiving data.

Project Overview:

COIS (Computerized Operator Information System) is the software that is being

developed by Control & Automation Group (CAG) of Electronics Corporation of India
Limited, Hyderabad for Tarapur Atomic Power Plant. This software helps the operator in
knowing the various parameters that are to be monitored continuously in the Atomic
Power Plant. This software gives the behavior of each and every parameter that has to be
monitored. Its gives the warning messages and necessary action to be done if any
parameter misbehaves or goes out of its normal range. This software gives a very easy
and friendly GUI for each operator to browse through various points in the power plant
and to know the behavior of the parameter associated with that point. It also creates
various log files and history files for future reference. This is a real time system in which
two servers will be running in hot redundant mode. These servers in turn will be
connected to clients.

Module 1:
DATABASE EDITOR: DBE comprises of the following tasks: The Plant database is
pertaining to the plant parameters i.e. analog, digital inputs and outputs. The complete
information about the plant variables are stored in the database organized in the form of
tables and managed by MS-SQL server. Database Editor mainly provides editing of
parameters for Analog, Digital, Calculated inputs and outputs of main plant and other
computer systems.
Module 2:
OPTASK : OPTASK (Operator task) is the first screen displayed to the user when the
display station is switched on. When anyone of the display stations is switched on,
Operator task screen is displayed with out any user intervention. Editing facility is not
available in display stations except for the first group in all types of displays. COIS shall
display Alarm Window Status boxes spread over control panels in the control room.
AWS has a number of windows for audio-visual information to the operator for warning
if any parameter is crossing the limits. There are a set of windows and each window is
again having some child windows.

This is web Site for a real estate property agents company. This site provides options to
choose the property to buy, let and lease. Users have the option to add the properties to
their wish list which are shown to them once they revisit the site. It has a search option
where users can search for properties based on area, sale type, bed rooms and the price
range. Slideshow option for the property images is provided. Once the user selects the
property to buy he contacts the site owner through email/phone.
