Dear Ms Chmura-Bialek (Bialek),

You have booked to sit your tests on 11/05/2011 at 13:00 at the following country, city
and test centre code:

Belgium - Brussels - 8050

In order to see the address of the test centre in Brussels please click here.

Below you will find a link to the booking management system. Before proceeding read carefully the
explanations hereafter.

The booking management system offers 4 options:

1. Locate a test site - not relevant at this stage of the booking procedure;

2. Schedule an exam - not relevant at this stage of the booking procedure;

3. Reschedule or Cancel an exam

You will be able to change (reschedule) your testing appointment during the booking and testing
window, subject to availability (only if testing seats are still available) and subject to the
following conditions:
you have to choose from available places offered by the system – no further places will
be added;
you may also change the test location, subject to availability;
you can reschedule a test at the latest 48hrs before the time of the original test
appointment;
when selecting a new testing appointment, at least 48hrs have to have elapsed between
the moment of rescheduling and the new testing appointment;
your test appointment information will be updated only if you fully complete the
rescheduling procedure until the last screen, (i.e. prior to that, you will not give up your

original appointment if you cannot find any other available seat);

the booking confirmation of your new appointment will upload in your EPSO Account
within 48hrs; you have to print it and bring it along to the test centre;
specific requests in case of an exceptional situation (see list in your Invitation letter) will
still require a prior approval from EPSO and they will be accommodated subject to
availability only .

The possibility of cancelling an exam is also opened for candidates. This new feature has been
introduced to manage the testing capacity in an even more efficient way. If you know that you
are not interested anymore in participating in this selection or that other circumstances prevent
you from doing so, please cancel your test appointment and free it up for someone else.You
may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours prior to the time of your original test appointment.
Please note, that cancelling your test appointment will bring to an end your participation
in this selection and that this action is irreversible.

4. Exam confirmation

For bookings made in the last 48 hours, this option allows you to see and print your up-to-date
test confirmation details. Please note, that once you have booked or rebooked or cancelled your
test appointment, up to 48 hours are needed to synchronise and upload that new information in
your EPSO Account.

In order to access these options, you will be asked to provide:

a) the name of the country where you would like to sit the tests (confirm the same one or select
another one from the list);

b) your Confirmation/Tracking Number which is 8800000001953375

Please note, that this number is used exclusively for this operation. Do not confuse it with your
candidate or any other number assigned to you during this or any other selection procedure.

c) the First 4 Letters of your Last Name which (as recorded in our system) are CHMU
