Resumen

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia del

taller “Formando Líderes” en el desarrollo de la autoestima en estudiantes del cuarto
grado de Educación Primaria de la Institución Educativa N°82105 Escuela Concertada
Solaris-Alto Trujillo, 2018. El estudio corresponde a un diseño cuasi- experimental del
pre test y post test. El tipo de investigación es aplicada. Se realizó en una población
muestral de 51 estudiantes del cuarto grado, 26 pertenecieron al grupo experimental y
25 al grupo control. Se utilizó el Test de autoestima para escolares de Ruiz C. El Taller
“Formando Lideres”, estuvo compuesta por 20 sesiones orientadas al desarrollo del
nivel de autoestima en sus dimensiones: familiar, emociones, motivación, socialización,
autonomía e Identidad personal y finalmente se llegó a la conclusión que el taller
“Formando Líderes” si influyo significativamente (t =2.737) la autoestima en
estudiantes del cuarto grado de la Institución Educativa N°82105 Escuela Concertada
Solaris - Alto Trujillo, 2018.

 Abstract

The purpose of this investigation was to find out the influence of the workshop
“Forming Leaders” in the development of self-esteem in fourth grade students of
Primary Education of the Educational Institution ‘Concertada School Solaris 82105’-
Alto Trujillo, 2018.

The research is about a quasi-experimental design from pre test and post test. The kind
of research is applied. The population was 51 students, 26 students were part of
experimental group and 25 students were part of control group.

It was applied the Self-Esteem Test for school students ‘’Forming Leaders’’ by Ruiz C.
and it was composed by 20 sessions related to self-esteem developing level in
dimensions such as: family, emotions, motivation, socialization, autonomy and personal
identity.

Finally, we concluded that the “Forming Leaders” workshop did significantly influence
(t = 2,737) self-esteem in the fourth grade students of Primary Education of the
Educational Institution ‘Concertada School Solaris 82105’-Alto Trujillo, 2018.
