Averiguar como y cuando usar el A, AN, IN, ON, AT.

El “a” se utiliza cuando la palabra siguiente comienza con el sonido

de una consonante y “an” cuando la palabra siguiente comienza con
el sonido de una vocal.

Ej con “a”:
1. She bought a good-brand, high-cost computer
2. I’m going to sleep a whole day for my surgery
3. She believes that today is a great day
4. The dog is in a nearby house
5. A spoon for the children, please

Ej con “an”:
1.  He and his family come in an airplane
2. An eagle is the one that hunters killed unfortunately
3. That’s an umbrella to cover multiple people
4.  They bought an alligator to improve the place
5.  We all know that this is an animal
Preposición “IN”

La preposición “in” se utiliza para designar objetos que se

encuentran en el interior de algún lugar, pero también se
utiliza para expresar lugares que se encuentran en determinado
espacio físico geográfico, o cosas que suceden en un periodo
de tiempo específico.
Ej:
1. The book is in my room
2. The mirror is still in the box }
3. Mark is living in Chicago
4. In July we are going to California
5. I’m going to eat waffles in the evening

Preposición “ON”
La preposición se utiliza mayormente para designar objetos que
se encuentran encima o sobre algún lugar o cosa, sin embargo
también se puede utilizar para referirse a momentos del tiempo,
por lo que suele confundirse muchas veces con in.
Ej:
1. On my birthday we are going to celebrate to the beach
2. The book is on the table
3. I’m going to sleep on the plane
4. On March 15 you have a history test
5. I have a tatto on the leg

Preposición “AT”
Esta preposición es menos común que in y on, sin embargo se
utiliza en momento específicos al igual que las anteriores, en
especial cuando el hablante desea referirse a lugares y tiempos.
Ej:
1. I meet you at the park this evening
2. He leaves at 2396 Times Square
3. Yesterday I was at the Natural History museum
4. The meeting is at 8:00 am o’clock tomorrow
5. We have a party at Christmas
