To form the future tense, the auxiliary will is used with the simple form of the verb. The contracted form (‘ll) is generally

The Pet Shop

My name is Ben and I am an 8-year-old boy. One day my Mom told me very exciting news.

We are getting a new dog Ben she said.

I was so happy. I have always wanted a dog. On the way to the pet shop.

We passed a place that had lost of animals. They were all in a cages and they looked very sad.

I asked Mom what the strange place was.

She said. *That is called on animal shelter. It´s where they take

animals that people don´t want anymore *.

This made me very sad. Why don´t people want their pets anymore?

We got to de pet shop and went inside. There were lots of cute little puppies, and

Kitten sand bunnies. But I couldn´t stop feeling sad for the unwanted animals.

I asked mom if we could go back to the animal shelter. When we got there

I saw a sad lonely dog barking at me from the cage. * I want him* I sad

So we look him home. We fed him. We gave him bath. We gave him a new home and

We loved him forever.

Traduccion del Texto

Mi nombre es Ben y soy un niño de 8 años. Un día mi mamá me contó una noticia muy emocionante. Vamos a conseguir un nuevo
perro, Ben, dijo. Yo estaba tan feliz. Siempre he querido un perro. De camino a la tienda de animales. Pasamos por un lugar donde
había animales perdidos. Todos estaban en una jaula y se veían muy tristes. Le pregunté a mamá qué me parecía un lugar extraño.
Ella dijo. * eso se llama refugio de animales. Es donde se llevan animales que la gente ya no quiere *. Esto me puso muy triste. ¿Por
qué la gente ya no quiere a sus mascotas? Llegamos a la tienda de mascotas y entramos. Había muchos cachorritos lindos, gatitos y
conejitos muy tristes. Pero no podía dejar de sentirme triste por los animales no deseados. Le pregunté a mamá si podíamos volver
al refugio de animales. Cuando llegamos allá vi a un perro triste y solitario que me ladraba desde la jaula. * Yo lo quiero *
sintiéndome triste. Así que le buscamos una casa. Le dimos de comer. Le dimos un baño. Le dimos un nuevo hogar y Lo amamos por
siempre
