Feb 01, 2011 02:53 PM Jason McDaniel: I called Jimmy and he said his ping time was 400ms and while we were on the
phone he was getting 50ms so he said it was much faster. I asked him if he wanted to try and reprovision his modem but he
did not want to because it would take the phones down and asked if this could be done after the maintenance window
tomorrow night if this improvement does not last I will follow up with him tomorrow.
