Myself, and the people listed above, would make up the
Board of Directors. I would be responsible for the overseeing
of the entire business on a whole. The person delegated for
security would be responsible of overseeing the entire
security program, as well as the educational specialist for the
educational programs. I would have a qualified child physician
and child psychologist to oversee the medical departments. I
would place an ad and interview potential candidates for a

prior experience, and a good track record, in organizing other
businesses of the same category. The CEO would be
required to find and hire a Vice President. This person would
have to meet the criteria set by the Board of Directors and
approved by the Board of Directors. The CEO would also be
responsible in creating a Hierarcy of Managers as well as
organizing their duties and order of rank. The Vice President
would oversee the Middle Managers, who would delegate
Supervisors to supervise the employees. The Middle
Managers would determine which employees were best
suited to each age group and what area they would best
serve a purpose. The Supervisors would be responsible of
daily employees. What I would consider Middle Managers
would include: teachers, program directors, activity directors,
nursing directors, counselors, and parent communication
specialist. Each of the Directors would delegate a supervisor
for their specific areas.
