1 Introduction
2 Objective
The main objective is to align the time & frequency scales of all clocks in Mobily
SDH network. It’s important ever since telecommunication became enter in digital
phase. Clock is used to transmit data over the channel and if the exact same clock
is not used at receiver end, errors are born. Synchronization becomes increasingly
important when coming to NGN network using packet switched technology; Jitter
& Wander are the two main culprits that need to be controlled. Synchronization in
modern networks determines the QoS.

SICET 2A shall applicable for ‘Supply, Installation and testing commissioning Services’

From the Technical, Financial and contractual evaluation, the over all ranking
has been concluded as follow:
Based on the result of the Technical, Financial and Contractual evaluation, the
committee recommend following Bidder to start this project.
