Lisa: Fine, how about you?
David: I am ok, thanks. I heard you are living
in a new apartment .Congratulations! What
is it like?
Lisa: It is beautiful. There are 3 rooms the
living room and the dining room.
David: How many bathrooms are there?
Lisa: Just one, but the kitchen is really
beautiful. It has a microwave and some nice
cabinets.
David: How about the neighborhood?
Lisa: It is really nice. My house is in front of
the bus stop, so I don’t have problems with
transportation
David: Are there any stores nearby?

Lisa: Yes, there is a supermarket behind my
building. I buy all my groceries there.
David: Hola Lisa, ¿cómo estás?

Laura: I need a place where I

can practice sports and ride my
bike. I also like nature. I love
walking in the forest. I do not
like noisy places.

 Palm Boulevard is a vibrant
neighborhood. It is located in a
commercial district. There are many
stores, restaurants and bars. The place
is really modern. The only negative
aspect is traffic jams.
Palm Boulevard es un vecindario
vibrante. Está ubicado en un distrito
comercial. Hay muchas tiendas,
restaurantes y bares. El lugar es
realmente moderno. El único aspecto
negativo son los atascos.

Lakeview is a really nice place. There are many

parks and natural places to enjoy. The place is
far from the central city, so there isn’t any
noise. Houses are big and traditional. The only
negative aspect is that there aren’t many stores
nearby.

muchos parques y lugares naturales para
disfrutar. El lugar está lejos del centro de la

near the metro station, 5 minutes from the
airport and 10 minutes from the city center. The
place is surrounded by a lake and there is a park
next to it.

minutos del aeropuerto ya 10 minutos del
centro de la ciudad. El lugar está rodeado por
