bacterias tipo PGPR.
Abstract
The vascular wilt caused by Fusarium oxysporum in Phaseolus vulgaris (common bean) is a Keywords:
phytosanitary problem that directly affects the yield and economy of the farmers, for its
control chemical contact products are used; however, an alternative to this use is biocontrol, PGPR
using organisms that promote plant growth (PGPR) with good antagonistic capacity. In this biocontrol
work we compare bacterial genera with PGPR characteristics; Bacillus (Bacillus sp. "A",
Bacillus
Bacillus sp. "B", Rhizobium (CIAT 899), Actinobacteria (Streptomyces sp.), Prochloraz as a
chemical control and those formulated with Azotobacter sp., And Bacillus subtilis as positive Fusarium
controls. best candidates for PGPR and biocontrollers strains of Bacillus "a" and oxysporum
Actinobacteria, with a severity of 1 and 3 degrees, antagonistic incidence of 61.54 and Phaseolus vulgaris
76.93%, dry weight of 0.42 and 0.31 and a total length of 17.23 and 18 cm, respectively. The
objective of this work was to evaluate the biocontrol against F. oxysporum generated by
PGPR type bacteria.
