RESUMEN.

En este escrito se resumen los conceptos de bloque de constitucionalidad y su marco en el ámbito

normativo colombiano y jurisprudencia colombiana. Hablaremos sobre lo que abarca y compete
el bloque constitucionalidad y sus efectos.

ABSTRACT.

This writing summarizes the concepts of the constitutionality block and its framework in the
