Mi Rutina Diaria

Hola mi nombre es Danis Muñoz . Siempre me despierto a las 4:30 de la mañana, me

levanto y preparar los alimentos para mi esposo y para mí , luego me doy una ducha y
me cepillo los dientes. Me pongo la ropa y preparo mi mochila, después de esto tomo
un poco de café y me dirijo hacia el parqueadero a tomar mi auto para ir al trabajo. A
las 5:30 de la mañana empiezo labores, a las 8 de la mañana tomo mi desayuno y
hablo un poco con mi compañero de turno. Alrededor de las 12 del medio día tomo mi
almuerzo y aprovecho para revisar las tareas que me pone el SENA. Por lo general
siempre regreso a casa a las 6 de la tarde. Ceno con mi esposo y hablamos, después
de eso tomo una ducha y estudio un poco, luego veo televisión, leo un libro y me voy a
dormir a las 9 en punto.

Tome la decisión de estudiar ADSI, Porque es un programa que nos incursiona al

avanzado mundo de la tecnología, ya que de acuerdo a su evolución se hace
indispensable en las organizaciones, lo cual se nos abre puertas a nivel laboral y
personal.
My Daily Routine

Hello, my name is Danis Muñoz. I always wake up at 4:30 in the morning, get up and prepare

food for my husband and myself, then I take a shower and brush my teeth. I put on my clothes

and prepare my backpack, after that I have some coffee and I go to the parking lot to take my car

to go to work. At 5:30 in the morning I start work, at 8 in the morning I have my breakfast and

talk a bit with my partner on duty. Around 12 noon I take my lunch and take the opportunity to

review the tasks that SENA gives me. Usually I always go home at 6 in the afternoon. I have

dinner with my husband and we talk, after that I take a shower and study a bit, then I watch TV,

read a book and go to sleep at 9 o'clock.

Make the decision to study ADSI, because it is a program that takes us into the advanced world

of technology, since according to its evolution it becomes indispensable in organizations, which

opens doors to us at a work and personal level
