NAME: Fox of desert or Fennec

Es uno de los animales más
exóticos del mundo que vive en
zonas desérticas de Arabia y África.
Es un animal muy inteligente.

CHARACTERISTICS:

 Peso: 1 kilo.
 Tamaño: altura de 21 cm y un cuerpo de entre 35 cm de largo.
 Cola: larga, de pelaje más tupido con el que puede abrigarse en las frías
noches.
 Cabeza: pequeña, con unas grandes orejas, presenta un hocico corto y fino
y ojos oscuros.
 Pelaje: color arena que le permite camuflarse en la arena.
 Viven en madrigueras muy largas que los protegen del calor, son animales
que cazan en la noche.
 Alimentación: langostas o saltamontes, aves, lagartos, roedores, huevos,
hojas, raíces y frutas.

Los zorros son muy astutos a la hora de cazar ya que tienen un sentido magnético
que les indica dónde pueden estar sus presas.
