Dear Parents and Guardians, June 21, 2021

Below you will find a newsletter that has been given to your students about “Sexting”

and why it’s important to be informed. This is a prime time for the students to be curious about

these sorts of things and as they are about to enter high school, I believe an informative

newsletter was appropriate so they are prepared. In this newsletter you will find informational

videos, facts, and a poster of the statistics so parents/guardians know what to expect, and contact

information for em if need be. It is important for our students to stay safe and smart online, and

we want to make sure it continues to stay that way when they start their new high school

journey!

A continuación, encontrará un boletín que se les ha entregado a sus estudiantes sobre "Sexting" y

por qué es importante estar informado. Este es un momento privilegiado para que los estudiantes

sientan curiosidad por este tipo de cosas y, ya que están a punto de ingresar a la escuela

secundaria, creo que un boletín informativo fue apropiado. En este boletín encontrará videos

informativos, datos y un póster de las estadísticas para que los padres / tutores sepan qué esperar
e información de contacto para ellos si es necesario. Es importante que nuestros estudiantes se

mantengan seguros e inteligentes en línea, ¡y queremos asegurarnos de que siga siendo así

cuando comiencen su nueva jornada en la escuela secundaria!
