be provided by the contractor. Concealed wiring 20mm PVC {ISI pipes will be
used.} Switch board shall be concealed type and top shall be of hylam finish.
Modular Switches, Owner Scope. If any extra points needed will be charged
per point cost Rs. 250/- AC and Circuit Breaker additional charge. For AC
1500/- for circuit Breaker 3500/- EB serives and monthly bill should pay by
owners scope

15. STAIR CASE

Will be provided as shown in the drawing using 12mm dia as main rod.
Spacing 6” c/c 8mm dia distribution spacing 6” c/c.

Over head tank will be provided on to 4’ x 4 over the height of parapet
