 7 How to register to AIRBUS Supply ?

Here are the six steps of the registration process for the AIRBUS Supply portal.

Download and print two copies of the General Terms & and Condition (GTC’s),
together with the Company Registration Form (These documents are available by clicking here)

Fill in the Company Registration Form (CRF) which is a form that you fill in with all the necessary
information about your company, your administrator and your Documentation Manager.
(This document is available by clicking here)

Have the GTCs and the CRF signed by an authorized representative of the company
(your senior manager for instance)

Send the signed paper copies back to your Airbus buyer who will send you back a signed
original copy for you to keep.

You or your Airbus Buyer should scan the countersigned documents

(CAUTION: the documents sent must contain the two signatures) and send them to the following
email address: admin.airbussupply@airbus.com

Following this, if all necessary information has been provided, Airbus will contact the administrator
via e-mail to give him/her a login and temporary password.

 7 The delegated administration

The delegation of the portal administration is to simplify

the way AIRBUS and its suppliers work together !

The UEA (stands for User Entity Administrator) is the employee appointed by the supplier to manage
its users access to the AirbusSupply portal and to the various applications and services it contains.
Everyone within the suppliers who deals with Airbus must know the UEA’s name and contact details !

The Administrator is the privileged Supplier/Airbus go-between with regard to the supplier portal,
and will be informed of all new developments and changes concerning the portal

The Delegated administration is managed thanks to the UEA tool :

It allows administrators to manage user’s : create, delete, update

users information …
It allows administrators to grant users access to Airbus services

No Airbus interaction anymore, except in certain cases for

registration to services.
It enables administrators to support user at any times

The UEA tool is accessible via AIRBUS Supply in a dedicated area : The administrators community
