DIÁLOGO

En una empresa de servicios automovilísticos después de una presentación formal a la junta directiva, Ana y
Elianny Gerentes de división de atención al cliente y finanzas, inician una conversación dentro de la oficina con
otra empleada que reporta a Ana en su división, Gabriela, quien recientemente fue promovida a Jefe de Proyectos,
la cual hizo una presentación importante, que fue calificada de desastrosa por algunos jefes por estar llena de
confusión y ser poco convincente.

Ana entra a la oficina y se encuentra con Elianny , le dice: -Hola Elianny ¿cómo estás? , ¿Estuviste en la reunión?

-Elianny: no logre llegar, me dijeron que fue un desastre, que los jefes estuvieron preguntando mucho y sus
expresiones faciales eran de terror.

-Ana: No me digas eso, Gabriela debía presentar su próximo proyecto, ¿cómo le habrá ido? Espero que bien, es mi
pupila y ella puede llegar muy lejos.

(Entra Gabriela)

-Gabriela: buen día compañeras.

-Elianny: ¿Gabriela como estuvo tu presentación?

-Gabriela: bien, no lo sé, es muy pronto para saberlo. Pero preguntaron demasiado, tuvieron dudas acerca del
presupuesto, no ven que sea factible para la empresa en un futuro.

-Ana: bueno, ¿qué crees que debemos hacer al respecto?

-Gabriela: no estoy segura de lo que hay que hacer, esperemos a ver qué ocurre.

-Elianny: tal vez tengas razón, pero creo que necesitamos hacer algo más que esperar.

-Ana: estoy de acuerdo, redactemos otros informes y gráficas para sustentar el proyecto.

-Elianny: yo haré unos informes sobre los progresos que obtuve implantando un nuevo método en los estados
financieros.

-Gabriela: ya tenemos suficientes, si a nuestros jefes no les agrada, nos dirán que no, no tenemos nada más que
hacer.

-Elianny: pero debemos estar preparadas.

-Ana: así es, no queremos que nos rechacen esta idea, es muy buena, yo haré otros informes sobre mi avance
atendiendo a clientes en el extranjero.

-Gabriela: gracias de verdad por el apoyo, creo que seremos las únicas a favor de este proyecto.
-Ana: no entiendo como no ven que esto ayudaría mucho a la empresa.

-Gabriela: tal vez es porque se tendrá que invertir demasiado.

-Elianny: pero valdrá la pena, creceremos como profesionales y la empresa estará en la cima, definitivamente no
tendríamos competencia.

-Gabriela: Espero que en nuestra próxima reunión logremos convencerlos a todos, porque me he esforzado, sólo
que de alguna manera los nervios me traicionaron y olvide muchas partes que eran necesarias decir.

-Elianny: tranquila, eso nos pasa a todos.

-Ana: es cierto, cuando presentaba mis ideas años atrás me volvía un manojo de nervios, bueno me tengo que ir,
tengo que ver a un cliente que justamente, nuestra idea lo ayudaría mucho.

-Elianny: lo recuerdo, era muy gracioso (risas), yo también me voy, me espera mucha información por
contabilizar.

-Gabriela: está bien me he sentido mejor, gracias. Entonces a seguir trabajando, nos vemos en el almuerzo.

-Ana y Elianny: (Juntas) Nos vemos.

IN ENGLISH

Ana se encuentra con Elianny en el pasillo y le dice: -Elianny Hello how are you? You were at the meeting?

-Elianny: fails to arrive, I was told that it was a disaster, that the chiefs were asking much.

-Anna: Don't tell me that, Gabriela should present its next project, how you will be gone? I hope that well, is my
pupil and it can get very far.

(Llega Gabriela)

-Gabriela: good day colleagues.

-Elianny: Gabriela how it was your presentation?

-Gabriela: well, I don't know, it is too early to know. We are also looking at the future reality and not have a
"crystal ball" know.

-Ana: well, do you think we should do in this regard?

-Gabriela: I'm not sure what needs to be done, hopefully to see what happens.
-Elianny: perhaps you're right, but I think that we need to do something more than expected.

-Ana: I agree, we prepare other reports and graphs to support the project.

-Elianny: I will do some progress I got introduced a new method in the financial statements.

do.

-Elianny: but we must be prepared.

-Ana: so, we do not want to reject us this idea, is very good, I will make other reports on my progress to clients
abroad.

-Gabriela: Thanks really for the support, I think that we will be the only ones in favor of this project.

-Ana: I do not understand how they do not see that this would help a lot to the company.

-Gabriela: maybe it's because you will have to invest too much.

-Elianny: but it will be worth it, we will grow as professionals and the company will be at the top.

-Gabriela: I hope that at our next meeting we will be able to convince them all, because I have tried, only that
somehow the nerves betrayed me.

- Elianny: quiet, that happens to us all.

-Ana: is true, when I presented my ideas years ago I was a bundle of nerves, good I gotta go, I have to see a client
than just our idea would help him a lot.

-Elianny: I remember it, was very funny (laughs), I also am going, expect me much information by post.

-Gabriela: Okay I have felt better, thank you. Then to continue working, we see you at lunch.

-Ana and Elianny: (together) see you.
