Desarrollo
Estrategias:
Articulación interinstitucional
Alianzas entre los sectores públicos y privados
Fortalecimiento de la gobernanza en salud ambiental
Atención primaria en salud ambiental
Mejoramiento de vivienda
Educación en salud ambiental
Desarrollo urbano sostenible
Estrategias:
Best regards
What are the strategies for the two components of the environmental
dimension?
Strategies:
Inter-institutional articulation
Alliances between the public and private sectors
Strengthening of environmental health governance
Primary environmental health care
Housing improvement
Environmental health education
Sustainable urban development
Strategies:
What are the possible effects of the extraction of strategic natural resources
on the environment and the health of populations?
There are many effects of resource extraction but among the most relevant are:
Environmental:
The enormous water consumption required by mining activity generally reduces the
fertility map of the site, drying up water wells and springs.
The disappearance of habitats necessary for flora and fauna and therefore the
extinction of species.
Economic:
Due to exploitation the soils are highly degraded therefore if the erosion of fertile
soil continues, the prices of agricultural consumption will skyrocket.
For health
The types of resource extraction must be taken into account, for example:
Cutting down forests reduce CO2 sinks, therefore air pollution is growing giving
rise to various respiratory diseases for the population.
What are the three pillars of sustainable development? Tell me about each one
Social:
It is human capital which creates mechanisms that improve the quality of life of
society through laws that support the needs of the population and political
development to improve issues of education, security and leisure.
"It contemplates people and their living conditions in aspects such as education,
health, violence or leisure." (naturlii, 2020)
Environmental:
It seeks for society in general to study ways to carry out its operations causing the
least possible impact on the environment.
"It refers to the planet's natural resources and how they are used by society,
communities or companies." (naturlii, 2020)
Economic:
Seeks that financial area of institutions benefit much more from sustainable
attitudes, as they reduce materials, energy, water, and also reduce economic
expenditure, thanks to a cyclical process of benefits between sustainability and
economy.
"This sustainability guarantees the rational use of natural resources and respect for
the environment" (naturlii, 2020).

comunitario
Intersectoriales
