STEPS FOR MASTER DATA UPDATIONS IN THE OMS

MODULE
1. GOTO ->OMS/EQUIPMENT DATA CYCLE/MASTER/INTERNAL
LOCATION/SEARCH

Internal Location->Search: After migration of data of particular location, the

internal location short name were created autmatically as shown in the
figure below after search button is clicked without selection of any name or sub
location name:-

GOTO ->OMS/EQUIPMENT DATA CYCLE/MASTER/INTERNAL

LOCATION/SEARCH

Internal Location ->Edit:- User have to edit each internal location name & fill
the name of the bay according to the code of internal location short name, which
are according to the excel sheet data provided to this office. The codification
chart is already provided & here again attached to this sheet.

For Ex: 04A01:- 132 KV I/C HEERAPURA give the name of internal location
CODE WHICH ARE POPULATING IN THE INTERNAL LOCATION SHORT NAME
CODE NAME OF THE BAY
00A01 400 KV MAIN BUS
01A01 400 KV AUX BUS
02A01 220 KV MAIN BUS
03A01 220 KV AUX BUS
04A01 132 KV MAIN BUS
05A01 132 KV AUX BUS

2. GOTO ->OMS/EQUIPMENT DATA CYCLE/MASTER/FEEDER

MASTER/ADD NEW

Add the name of all the incoming & outgoing feeders for the particular location
 3. GOTO ->OMS/EQUIPMENT DATA CYCLE/TRANSACTION/EQUIPMENT
BASIC DETAIL/SEARCH

Equipment Basic detail-> search

All the equipments details which have been migrated in the location were
populated in the equipment basic details which can be seen after searching the
equipment basic detail.

Every equipment can be edited after opening the equipment in the edit mode
If any changes required in any field of all the above fields can be edited even
make or serial No.

GOTO ->OMS/EQUIPMENT DATA CYCLE/TRANSACTION/EQUIPMENT BASIC

DETAIL/ADD NEW

ADD NEW : In case of new equipment is added th entry should be done through
this add new screen

By selecting equipment short name pop window the screen shown below will
appear and select the equipment on behalf of equipment category & equipment
sub category.

After selecting the desired equipment, Equipment short name & equipment
name is populated in the screen. Put the make & serial no. which are mandatory
with other fields.
 4. GOTO ->OMS/EQUIPMENT DATA CYCLE/TRANSACTION/EQUIPMENT
LOCATION DETAIL/SEARCH

After searching the screen shown below is populated. User to have to edit all the
equipments in the EDIT mode.
In the Edit mode this screen appears according to particular equipment, user
have to select the feeder name reference to the equipment it pertains & update.

5. GOTO ->OMS/EQUIPMENT DATA CYCLE/TRANSACTION/EQUIPMENT

COMMISSIONING DETAIL/SEARCH

On search this screen shown below is appear for each location equipment
commissioning detail
After pressing the Edit the commissioning date detail if it is not ok or NA
