Objetivos de la entrevista
Facilitar la relación con el paciente. Facilitate the
relationship with the patient.
Obtener la información necesaria para el
diagnóstico. Obtain information necessary for diagnosis.
Que el paciente se informe y participe en la
identificación del problema y en los objetivos
terapéuticos. The patient is informed and involved in
problem identification and therapeutic goals.
Apoyar las necesidades emocionales inherentes
al impacto de la enfermedad. Supporting emotional
needs inherent to the impact of the disease.
Fases de la entrevista
1. Inicio- Starting
Creación de un ambiente favorable.
Presentación del terapeuta y todos los presentes
(p.ej. estudiantes).
Describir el propósito de la entrevista.
Recoger los datos generales (edad, antecedentes,
etc).
Creating a favorable environment.
Presentation of the therapist and everyone
present (eg trainees).
Describe the purpose of the interview.
Collect general data (age, background, etc.).
EL SALUDO- The greeting
Introducir la entrevista:
- mantener el contacto ocular al entrar el paciente
- presentarse: nombre y ocupación
Start the interview:
- maintain eye contact when the patient comes in
- Introduce yourself: Name and occupation
Disminuye la objetividad.
No atender a familiares.
Desarrollar la empatía con el paciente.
Decreases objectivity.
Don´t do therapy to the family.
Develop empathy with the patient.

Con el tiempo se adquiere práctica y la interferencia es

Separar los datos proporcionados por el paciente y
los observados por nosotros. Separate date given by
the patient to the observed data.

inhibición psicomotriz (deprimidos), o con dificultades
de concentración.
