A 42. EMERGENCIA SANITARIA (COVID 19) - PRUEBA PILOTO PARA EL TURISMO

(HABILITACIÓN DE AEROPUERTOS Y PUERTO DE BUENOS AIRES)
Informar a la Comunidad Aeronáutica la Disposición 3460/2020 de la Dirección Nacional de
Migraciones, a saber:
1) Se habilita, en el marco de la PRUEBA PILOTO establecida por la Decisión Administrativa N°1949
del 28 de octubre de 2020, al Aeropuerto Internacional Ministro Pistarini de la localidad de Ezeiza,
PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES, al Aeropuerto Internacional San Fernando de la localidad de San
Fernando, PROVINCIA DE BUENOS AIRES y al Puerto de Buenos Aires (Terminal Buquebus) de la
CIUDAD AUTÓNOMA DE BUENOS AIRES, para el ingreso y egreso de turistas provenientes de
países limítrofes que sean nacionales o extranjeros residentes en aquellos, y cuyo destino sea el Área
Metropolitana de Buenos Aires (AMBA) siempre que estos den cumplimiento, a las recomendaciones
e instrucciones dispuestas por la autoridad sanitaria nacional.
2) Se instruye a la DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE SISTEMAS Y TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA
INFORMACIÓN y a la DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE MOVIMIENTO MIGRATORIO de la DIRECCIÓN
NACIONAL DE MIGRACIONES a realizar las adecuaciones necesarias en la “Declaración Jurada
Electrónica para el ingreso al Territorio Nacional” aprobada por la Disposición DNM N° 3025 del 1° de
septiembre de 2020 y disponible en el sitio oficial de la DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DE MIGRACIONES
www.migraciones.gob.ar, para que los turistas autorizados por la Decisión Administrativa N°1949/20
puedan acompañar la constancia de PCR con resultado negativo -con un máximo de SETENTA Y DOS
(72) horas de anticipación- y de un seguro de asistencia médica que comprenda prestaciones de
internación y aislamiento por COVID-19, en forma previa a su viaje.

A 42. (COVID-19) SANITARY EMERGENCY - PILOT TEST FOR TOURISM (AIRPORTS AND
BUENOS AIRES HARBOUR TERMINAL ENABLED)
The purpose of this circular is to inform the aviation community of the National Directorate of Migration
Provision No. 3460/2020, namely:
1) In the framework of the PILOT TEST established by Administrative Decision No. 1949 of 28 October
2020, the Aeropuerto Internacional Ministro Pistarini in Ezeiza, PROVINCE OF BUENOS AIRES, the
Aeropuerto Internacional San Fernando in San Fernando, PROVINCE OF BUENOS AIRES and
Buenos Aires Harbour (Buquebus Terminal) of CIUDAD AUTÓNOMA DE BUENOS AIRES have been
enabled for the entry and exit of tourists coming from neighbouring countries, either nationals or
foreigners resident in such countries, and whose destination may be the Área Metropolitana de Buenos
Aires (AMBA), provided that they comply with the recommendations and instructions established by the
national sanitary authority.
2) Instruct the GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF SYSTEMS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY and
the GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF MIGRATION MOVEMENT of the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF
MIGRATION to make the necessary adaptations in the “Electronic Affidavit for Entering the National
Territory” approved by DNM Provision No. 3025 of 1 September 2020, available on the NATIONAL
DIRECTORATE OF MIGRATION official website, www.migraciones.gob.ar, so that the tourists
authorized by Administrative Decision No. 1949/2020 may accompany the PCR proof with a negative
result -at most of the previous SEVENTY-TWO (72) hours- and with a medical assistance insurance
including the benefits of COVID-19 hospitalization and isolation, before their trip.
