Pursuant to Rule 41 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiffs Optis Wireless
Technology, LLC; Optis Cellular Technology, LLC; Unwired Planet, LLC; Unwired Planet
International Limited; PanOptis Patent Management, LLC; and Defendant Tesla, Inc.
(collectively, “the Parties”) stipulate to the dismissal without prejudice of all of the Parties’
respective claims and counterclaims asserted in this action in their entirety, with each Party to
bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees. Accordingly, the Parties request that all of the
Parties’ respective claims and counterclaims asserted in this action be dismissed without prejudice
in their entirety, with each Party to bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys’ fees.
Wherefore, the Parties respectfully request that the Court enter the proposed order of
