MY ROBO’S GOT TALENT

 Do you think your work needs the attention from everyone….? If


yes! ….why not…We provide you the platform to showcase your
creation.
 With talents like dancing as a group, painting cars at Ford plant,
performing stunts and tricks and doing tasks like reaching a
remote area location, diffusing bombs, providing irrigation in
fields at regular time intervals, monitoring weather forecast and
volcanic parameters, spying robots, fire detecting and
extinguishing, DTMF, GSM based mobile robots, mobile for the
blind and many more…. you are allowed to show any such
creativity of your robot.
 This event strives to prove the point that you are absolutely
perfect to say @ MY Robot’s Got Talent @!!!!

EVENT FORMAT:
 A limited entry one day event of expo.
 Strictly robotics, embedded systems and related stuff in
the areas of communications and networks, automation,
industrial automated processing appliances, appliances
designed for consumers to provide security, reduce
physical and mental efforts for particular human
activities is accepted.
 Only designed/developed projects are accepted. No project ideas
or simulation projects are allowed as an entry.
 To participate, each team has to submit a softcopy of their work
to robozenith11.mgit@gmail.com. It may be in (.doc, .pdf, .ppt
formats). (Make sure the file size is not too large).
 It should include:
 the team details,
 the every details of your project design,
 any extra features say, applications, advantages of
your bot and
 the working pictures of your project (it’s very
necessary).
 Projects with working pictures and videos are more
prioritized for the expo selection.
 Last date for the entries is March13th, 2011 10p.m. and

final list is announced on that day itself.


 Short listed teams are intimated with all the details five days
before the start of the event.
 Certificate of appreciation to all.
GENERAL RULES:
 A team consists of maximum of 4 members. Members can be
from same or different colleges.
 Every team member should bring their college id cards
compulsory to prove their identity.
 Make sure you get all the required accessories and equipment
for your project demonstration. No assistance and help is
provided from the event coordinators on the day of the event
regarding this.
 While sending the entries, list the details of the project in brief so
that we can accommodate your project with the required space
without causing any disturbances/inconvenience to the other
entries of the event.
 A registration fee is Rs.250 per entry. Only selected
entries need to be paying the registration fee.
 Please check the website for any changes and updates.

 Appreciation certificates to all.
 Merit certificates to best three entries.
