Major Responsibilities:

 To prepare and discuss Strategies for improvement of Production & Production Planning
 To focus on research, design and product development
 To work on Setting goals & objectives & Targets for each section

delivery in the right Quantity / Quality of scheduled orders
 Eliminate and Control non-value-added production activities ensuring dealing with causes that generated them
 Co-operating with the department staff in dealing with non-conformities and the corrective/preventive actions
required rectifying them
  Communicating with the concerned on behalf of the entire production workforce. Timely and effective preparation
of the various Production Reports. Maintain proper records and documents of the HE Factory

 Process Quality Control, Monitoring of all production lines specifically MSD section.
 Planning and implementing Quality Control Techniques
 Defining of Procedure and establishing the test Status of Materials used for production.
 Monitoring of Rejection cost due to damages and to initiating cost reduction programs.
 To ensure that all non-conforming products are dispositional according to defined procedures concerning non-
conforming products.

Key Responsibilities:

 Daily supervise the PPMC meeting to achieve production targets as per requirement
 O.E.M schedule monitoring and monthly completion of O.E.M supplies
 To constantly monitor the manufacturing process and take measures to improve the line efficiency and
responsibility for quality production
