BrandTailors 2010 economic performance exceeds previous


forecasts

BrandTailors – strategic brand consulting and
design firm – registered a significant turnover
increase in 2010, exceeding last year’s estimations.

According to last year’s financial results, BrandTailors had a turnover increase of 48% compared to 2009, and a
25% growth compared to 2008, a year being considered a benchmark for Romanian brand consultancy
industry. BrandTailors ended 2010 with a 762.000 EUR turnover figure and 105.500 EUR profit.

The stated results exceed last year’s estimation regarding the firm’s evolution. Thus, in the summer of 2010,
BrandTailors management team estimated a 15% increase compared to 514.000 EUR 2009 turnover figure. At
that moment, BrandTailors counted over 20 projects that were being under development.

From the very beginning my belief was that we were going to grow
in 2010, given the number of projects that we developed along
with our traditional clients and especially the projects we
contracted as a result of biding against our competition. In 2010
we remained undefeated by our direct competitors when dealing
with solution-based bids and this entitles me to state that
BrandTailors has a team proving with every project an unparalleled

Among the 20 projects launched in 2010, besides having the opportunity to rebrand several valuable names
such as Zuzu, Raraul, Star or Antena 1, BrandTailors was trusted with creating new promising brands such as
HapiHap or Azuga Apa de Izvor, and to implement several digital branding projects for companies such as Ţiriac
Holdings or Monsena.

For the time being, BrandTailors pipeline includes a series of 15


projects started in 2010 that are currently prepared for launching
or are about to be completed and two new clients won early this
year, whose projects are going to be launched by the end of 2011.

I am very proud that over the years, from all Romanian brand
consultancy firms, BrandTailors registers the highest rate of
repeating clients. But the most important achievement of all in the
last two years is that we became the company with the highest
conversion rate of clients who have previously worked with our
direct competitors, such as Albalact, Interstar Chim, PeliFilip,

Subsequent to an operation restructuring process conducted between the end of 2009 and the spring of 2010,
BrandTailors made the transition to an operating procedure unique on Romanian market, splitting the
17 employees team according to their talents in two business streams: product branding operation and service
branding operation. The new operational approach was the result of setting new types of economic effectiveness
objectives and was intended to enable the professional development of valuable branding specialists.

If in 2008 we were ranked on third position in top ten Romanian


branding market, with an approximate 18% market share and in
2009 we maintained this position, claiming a 20% market share,
I strongly believe that the official reports from the Ministry of
Finance will show that our 2010 economic performance will enable
a significant market share increase that will place BrandTailors on a
