Assembly of pump base

Pump base including all parts. Required tools for assembly of pump base.

Bottom bearing recess must point upwards Knock bottom bearing in correct position.
and towards M6 threaded hole in base. Bearing recess is 0.1–0.3 mm above hole.

Tighten Allen screw including washer Fit flange.


at prescribed torque.

Fit lock ring. Fit O-rings on plugs.


Make sure that they do not twist.

Assembly of bearing on shaft

Shaft and parts for rotating bottom bearing. Fit rotating bottom bearing (bearing ring).

Fit washer. Fit Allen screw with lock washer and tighten
Important that teeth on washers interlock. at prescribed torque.

Assembly of chamber stack

chamber stack.

Place proper assembly tool in vice. Note that there are two positions on the tool:
Secure shaft by means of pin. one for assembly and one for dismantling.

Fit impeller properly in neck ring. Knock cautiously split cone down into cone

Fit nut. No grease when fitted the first time. Tighten impeller at prescribed torque.
In other situations, use Bonderlube. Hold impeller by means of hook spanner.

Assembly of pump head

Assembly of basic unit
