Course Description
The course covers information systems technology, database, system development task
and methodologies.

Objective:
After doing this course the students are expected be able to design and implement the
simple information system by them self, and are able to participate in designing and
implementing the complex information system as the members of information system
project team.

Competencies
After doing the unit students is expected be able to:
1. determine information requirements
2. design database
3. design information systems input and output
4. use the appropriate system development methodologies and techniques

TENTATIVE GRADING POLICY:


Tentative allocation of points.  Depending on time available I may remove some
assignments.  In the event that this happens, those points will simply be
subtracted from the total available for the class.
Midterm: up to 20 points
Group Assignment 30-50points
Final exam: 30-50points
Participation up to10 points
At home exercises: up to 10 points
