Hi guys. I did it myself here: I took an old box computer. Some of the mechanisms worked alone, others on request.I have a few questions and hope
for some help.
1.Can I use controller rex c700, instead of C-100
2.of how far the heater from the motherboard
likely there will be other issues but later.
accept any comments about my station

Parece que el controlador c700 es como el c100, simplemente más grande. Si tiene salida de relé, entonces debe modificarla como lo hace la
gente con Rex c100 para cambiarla de la salida de relé a la salida lógica para poder usar el estándar DA tipo SSR.
La mayoría de las personas usa puentes de alambres rectos para ese mod, pero es mejor usar resistencias. Como 200 ohm para puentes.
La distancia entre el pcb y las placas inferiores debe ser lo más que pueda obtener. Depende de la fuerza
de tus placas inferiores. En tu foto con la plantilla sentada en la máquina parece demasiado baja. Se calentará más desigual tan cerca y
no utilizará la radiación de las placas. Uso aire caliente para el calor máximo, pero si lees las publicaciones en el foro, verás que
los muchachos aquí usando calentadores superiores IR informan que tienen los mejores resultados usando el calor IR superior de 35 mm a 40 mm por
encima del pcb.
Parece que hiciste bastante trabajo fabricando tu calentador superior y soporte. Se ve bien.
Reconozco el esquema. Unelma mods de FB. No puedo leer las etiquetas rs232, por lo que no puedo decir si es su copia anterior. Él
revisó las conexiones rs232 más tarde.

haga un cambio: cambié el termocontrolador con c100 Tengo una pregunta: de ese lugar, así que necesita conectar los cables. Las salidas del
controlador son 4 (+) - 5 (-)?

As you can see in that schematic you are using, that controller is a Rex C100 with "Relay"
output that has been modified. The relay has been removed and a couple 200 ohm resistors
used as jumpers to jump 12vdc signals that controlled relay directly to the #4 & 5 terminals
so it can control a standard type DA SSR with terminals 4 & 5. 4 will be negative and 5 will
be positive. Most guys use wire for the jumpers, but I know the one in the pic has resistors
because the guy that owns it does that to all his c100's. If you scroll down to the last part of
this page of this thread, you will see how someone removed relay and put in jumpers. Terminal
3 of the C100 will no longer be used.

Not to shabby on the price.

How well does it work though?
I was thinking about building myself a preheater and using my hot air for the top heater.
