La Ordenanza No 7.672 sancionada por el Honorable Concejo Municipal y promulgada
por el Departamento Ejecutivo, por la cual se modifica el artículo 10 inciso b del Código de
Transito, que refiere a los requisitos exigidos para la obtención de la licencia de conductor

c Y CONSIDERANDO
Que es necesario reglamentar la citada norma, a los fines de adecuar los parametros de
graduación de infracciones establecidas en los artículos 77 y 80 de la Ley Nacional 24.449, con
las conductas punibles enmarcadas en el Código Municipal de Faltas de Rosario; en uso de sus
atribuciones

Artículo 10: A ¡os fines de ia obtención de ia iicentia de conducir, se considerarán corno
equivaikntes, atento la identidad de bienes jurídicdc protegidos y simiiitud de situaciones de
hecho cbntempiadas, a los Art. 77 y 80 de ia Ley Nationai 24.449, las siguientes infracciones
tipificadac en el Código Municipai de Faltas:
