 ! The photographer is required to take photos of school events
including rallies, dances, courtyard events and academics. This position is time consuming
and as you must take photos at after school events. You will also be responsible for
uploading and sorting pictures on the computers. Experience such as photo 1 or 2 is
recommended.

! The layout designer creates designs and templates for the actual spreads
of the yearbook. This job will requires spending time after school, during tutorial and
during lunch to make layouts. A good layout designer should demonstrate the ability to
choose good dominant photo. Experience with Adobe Indesign is recommended.

 8! The writers on staff are responsible for attending school events,
taking notes and writing the copy, or article, for those events. Writers are also reporters
and therefore interview coaches, teachers, administration and the student body. A
recommendation from your English teacher is suggested.
