Desde nuestra perspectiva y experiencia de constructores de
obra tradicional desde 1.963, en Teyco hemos ido percibiendo y
asimilando los inconvenientes y ventajas que a lo largo de tantos
años nos han expuesto nuestros clientes.
Por ello, en nuestra inquietud por innovar y nuestro empeño en
mejorar, ofrecemos un nuevo sistema de construcción con el
objetivo de realizar edificios de un modo más ecológico, rápido y
económico: El SISTEMA TAS (TEYCO AVANT SYTEM).
TAS se creó en 2.008. Nuestro principal objetivo es potenciar,
tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, este nuevo sistema de
construcción industrializada.
Contamos con un equipo humano formado por personas
perfectamente preparadas y calificadas, que comparten un
mismo objetivo: dar el mejor servicio al cliente.
TAS es un sistema de construcción industrializado y mecanizado
de estructura isostática por piezas. El montaje se practica “in
situ”, sin cimentación, de rápida ejecución y adaptabilidad.
Su montaje se realiza en seco, ya que los materiales y sistemas
tradicionales (cementos, hormigón, mortero, agua, etc.) son
sustituidos por perfiles metálicos de acero laminado de primera
calidad materiales prefabricados en fachada y cubierta.
Los edificios construidos con el sistema TAS se transportan
totalmente desmontados y despiezados, facilitando su
transporte, por lo que se pueden construir en cualquier parte
del mundo.
