ASUNTO : informe de labores realizadas durante el mes de octubre

Por el presente me dirijo a Ud. Con la finalidad de

saludar muy cordialmente, para informarle sobre los trabajos ejecutados durante, el
mes de OCTUBRE y solicito conformidad de pago por el tiempo concluido, al residente
de obra, y los trabajos que efectué son los siguientes trabajos:

 SE REALIZO LOS TRABAJOS DE HABILITACION DE ACEROS DE REFUERZO FY = 4200

KG/CM2 PARA LA ESTRUCTURA DEL RESERVORIO DE ACUERDO A LOS PLANOS
ESTABLECIDOS DEL LANTEAMIENTO HIDRAULICO.

 SE REALIZO LOS TRABAJOS DE LLENADO DE CONCRETO PARA LOS SOLADOS Y

ZAPATAS DEL RESERVORIO DE ACUERDO A LOS PLANOS.

 TODO EL TRABAJO REALIZADO SE COORDINÓ CONJUNTAMENTE CON EL ASISTENTE

TÉ CNICO Y RESIDENTE OBRA PARA LA BUENA EJECUCIÓ N DE LA OBRA.
