4.0 DEFINICIONES
4.1 Proveedor
Organización que suministra materias primas,
productos semielaborados, componentes o
servicios, y de cuyo diseño pueden ser
responsables.
4.2 Subcontratista Tipo A
Son aquellos en los que para el alcance del
suministro, se incluyen actividades de diseño.

4.1. Supplier
Organisation that supplies raw materials, semi-
processed products, components or services, the
design of which may be their responsibility.
4.2 Type A subcontractor
These are subcontractors whose work, within the
scope of the supply, includes design activities.
4.2.1. Type A1 : Subcontractors whose activities
include supplier assessment and monitoring,

Organización que recepciona, almacena y

de la gestión comercial de sus fabricados.

4.5. Distributor (Type D)

certified by the original manufacturer. Also, if
applicable, representative authorised by the
manufacturer to carry out the sales management
of his products.

4.6. Proveedores de materia prima,
químicos, estandares y/o materiales de
catálogo (Tipo E)
Organización que suministra materia prima,
químicos, estandares o P/N de catálogo, de los
cuales son fabricantes, o, en el caso de
concesionarios, entregan materiales bajo las
mismas condiciones en lasque fueron
certificados por el fabricante original,
garantizando la trazabilidad, o, si procede,
suministran productos con la responsabilidad
delegada del fabricante para llevar a cabo su
gestión comercial.
4.7. Proveedores tipo F
Organizaciones que suministran productos
amparados por una aprobación de diseño y
producción emitida por una autoridad, y que
concede al fabricante la capacidad de certificar
los productos que determine como conformes
y liberarlos para su uso en aeronaves civiles.
Estas autorizaciones pueden ser las
siguientes:
4.7.1 TSO (Technical Standard Order) : Es un
estándar emitido por la FAA que establece un
mínimo nivel funcional para determinado tipo
de equipos destinados a aeronaves civiles.
También se aplica la denominación TSO a los
artículos fabricados bajo dicho estándar por
fabricantes autorizados.
4.7.2. PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval): Es
una aprobación de diseño y producción emitida
por la FAA para componentes de catálogo o
propietary items no cubiertos por
especificaciones TSO y destinados a
aeronaves civiles. También se aplica la
denominación PMA a los artículos fabricados
bajo dicho estandar por fabricantes
autorizados.
4.7.3. JTSO (Joint Technical Standard Order):
Es un estándar emitido por la JAA que
establece un mínimo nivel funcional para
determinado tipo de artículos destinados a

4.6. Suppliers of Raw Material, chemical
products, standards and/or catalogue
materials (Type E)
Organisation that supplies, raw material,
chemical products, standards or catalogue P/Ns,
of which they are manufacturers, or in the case
of dealers, supplies materials under the same
conditions in which these were certified by the
original manufacturer, guaranteeing their
traceability, or, if applicable, supplies products
with the delegated responsibility of the
manufacturer to carry out his commercial
management.
4.7. Type F suppliers
Organisations that supply products against a
design and production approval issued by an
authority, which grants the manufacturer the
power to certify the products it finds in order and
release these for use in civil aircraft.
These authorisations may be as follows:
4.7.1 TSO (Technical Standard Order) : This is a
standard issued by the FAA which establishes
the minimum functional level for specific types of
equipment for civil aircraft. The TSO
denomination is also applied to items
manufactured under this standard by authorised
manufacturers.
4.7.2. PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval) : This
is a design and production approval issued by
the FAA for catalogue components or proprietary
items not covered by TSO specifications and
intended for use in civil aircraft. The PMA
denomination is also applied to items made
under this standard by authorised manufacturers.
4.7.3. JTSO (Joint Technical Standard Order) :
This is a standard issued by the JAA that
establishes a minimum functional level for

4.7.4. JPA ( Joint Parts Authorisation): Es una
aprobación de diseño y producción emitida por
la JAA para componentes de catálogo o
propietary items no cubiertos por
especificaciones TSO y destinados a
aeronaves civiles. También se aplica la
denominación JPA a los artículos fabricados
bajo dicha autorización.
4.8. Proveedores tipo G
Organizaciones que suministran elementos
controlados por especificación, como son:
SOCD: Source Control Drawing.
Un Source Control Drawing es un plano que
controla la definición y configuración de un
elemento comercial o desarrollado por un
proveedor.
Dicho control se ejerce mediante la
especificación de una serie de características
de diseño (físicas, de instalación, de
intercambiabilidad y/o funcionales), de mayor o
menor criticidad, tal que se requieren evidencias
de cualificación por parte del suministrador
como prueba de pleno cumplimiento de lo
requerido por el plano-especificación.
Por tanto, y como consecuencia de la exigencia
de cualificación, las únicas fuentes aceptables
de suministro son las listadas en el plano
SOCD, pudiéndose contactar otras fuentes no
listadas sólo a efectos de cualificación de las
mismas hasta su incorporación en plano.
SCD: Specification Control Drawing.
Un Specification Control Drawing es un plano
que controla la definición y configuración de un
elemento comercial o desarrollado por un
proveedor bajo una especificación pública o
privada cuyo contenido está introducido o

4.7.4. JPA (Joint Parts Authorisation) : This is a
design and production approval issued by the

4.8. Type G Suppliers
Organisations that supply items controlled by
specifications, such as:

A Source Control Drawing is a drawing that
controls the definition and configuration of a
commercial element or developed by a supplier.
This control is carried out by means of the
specification of a design characteristics series
(physical, of installation, of intercambiabilidad

4.9. Evaluación

contractualmente.
4.10. Auditoria
Es una inspección llevada a cabo en las
instalaciones del proveedor, que se llevará a
cabo periodicamente para asegurar el
continuado cumplimiento de los requisitos
correspondientes a su alcance del suministro.
La auditoría puede ser de procesos especiales
o de sistema de calidad.
4.11 Proceso

4.9. Assessment
This is an initial assessment process of a
supplier’s procedures and management systems
by means of an inspection designed to

maintain the quality levels required by ANN by
means of requirements established contractually.
4.10 Auditing
This is an inspection performed at the supplier’s
facility and which is carried out periodically in
order to ensure the continued compliance of the
requirements corresponding to the scope of the
supply. This audit could be for special process o

deficiencias que se produzcan durante el
proceso no serán descubiertas, o sólo
aparecerán, después del uso del producto.

6.0 ESTRUCTURA DEL PROCEDIMIENTO
Los requisitos de calidad aplicables a un
proveedor de ANN, se dividen en cinco tipos
distintos según el tipo de suministrador y el
programa destino de sus productos, y se
encuentran relacionados en las siguientes
secciones:
El método de cumplimiento de estos requisitos
será expuesto por el subcontratista en el Plan
de Calidad, que deberá ser aprobado por
Aernnova Aerospace. En el se identificarán
todos los programas y/o paquetes de trabajo
que se desarrollen, incluyendo o excluyendo los
que se incorporen o retiren a lo largo del
tiempo.
El Plan de Calidad deberá ser redactado y
aprobado de acuerdo a la estructura y contenido
indicados en el procedimiento PCA-00-066
6.1. SECCION G : REQUISITOS GENERALES
APLICABLES A TODO TIPO DE
PROVEEDORES
En esta sección se relacionan todos los
requisitos que son aplicables a todo tipo de
proveedores independientemente de su alcance
de suministro y del programa en el que
participen.
a) Todos los proveedores de Aernnova
deben cumplir con la ley conocida como
Dodd-Frank Act concerniente a los “Conflict
Minerals”, los cuales incluyen tantalio, estaño,
tungsteno y oro.
Para ello, el proveedor debe registrarse y
descargarse el documento Conflict Minerals
Survey Templete y un video explicando como
rellenar la plantilla en la siguiente dirección:

Una vez rellenada la plantilla, esta información
se debe mandar a Aernnova para su revisión.

6.0 STRUCTURE OF THE PROCEDURE
The quality requirements applicable to a ANN
supplier, are divided into five different types
according to the supplier type and the
programme for which the products are intended,
and are listed in the following sections:
The method of compliance of these
requirements will be described by the supplier in
the Quality Plan, that should be aproved by
Aernnova Aerospace. It will be identified
programs and/or packages of work that it will be
developed, including or excluding that be
incorporated or removed along the time.
The Quality Plan should be edited and approved
according to the structure and content indicated
in the procedure PCA-00-066
6.1. SECTION G : GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
APPLICABLE TO ALL TYPES OF SUPPLIERS
This section lists all the requirements applicable
to all types of suppliers, irrespective of the scope
of their supply and the programme in which they
are taking part.
a) All Aernnova suppliers have to comply with
law knows as Dodd-Frank Act concerning
“Conflict Minerals”, which include tantalum,
tin, tungsten and gold.

download the document Conflict Minerals Survey
Templete and a video explaining how complete

6.5. SECCION P: REQUISITOS ADICIONALES

Los requisitos mencionados en este apartado
serán de aplicabilidad según el programa
destino del producto contratado.
Por éllo, aparecen unos subapartados (6.5.1 a
6.5.4) para cada uno de los programas de los
clientes/socios de ANN
6.1. SECCION G: REQUISITOS GENERALES
APLICABLES A TODOS LOS PROVEEDORES
 G.A. REQUISITOS GENERALES
G.A.1. El proveedor deberá haber sido
autorizado por calidad de ANN con anterioridad
al comienzo de la fabricación. Esta autorización
se reflejará en el sistema BAAN “GLAPS” y será
convenientemente informado el proveedor. El
proveedor deberá mantener este registro de
calidad y dicha autorización.
G.A.2. ANN y/o sus clientes o representantes
autorizados, así como las inspecciones oficiales
podrán, en cualquier momento del proceso,
visitar las instalaciones del suministrador o de
sus subcontratistas para llevar a cabo
actividades de aseguramiento de calidad. El
proveedor deberá proporcionar el soporte
necesario, incluyendo equipos de medición, así
como acceso a sus instalaciones y a las de sus
subcontratistas. El representante de ANN podrá
requerir y serán de obligado cumplimiento las
inspecciones mandatorias por él establecidas.

This section comprises requirements that will be
applicable only to those suppliers whose
purchase order specifically includes said
requirements through the specific individual
clauses mentioned in section 7.4 of this
procedure.
6.5. SECTION P: ADDITIONAL
REQUIREMENTS SPECIFIED FOR A
PROGRAMME
The requirements mentioned in this section shall
be applicable according to the programme for
which the contracted product is intended.
For this purpose, there are a number of sub-
sections (6.5.1 to 6.5.4) for each of the
programmes of ANN customers/partners.
6.1. SECTION G: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
APPLICABLE TO ALL SUPPLIERS
 G.A. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
G.A.1. Suppliers shall have been authorised by
ANN Quality before starting manufacture. This
authorization will be shown in BAAN "GLAPS"
system and conveniently will be reported to
supplier. The supplier should maintain this
quality register and authorization.
G.A.2. ANN and/or its customers or authorised
representatives, as well as official inspectors,
may, at any time during the process, visit the
supplier’s facility or that of his subcontractors in
order to perform quality assurance activities. The
supplier shall provide the necessary support,
including measuring equipment, as well as
access to his facility and to that of his
subcontractors. The ANN representative may
establish a number of inspections, compliance
with which shall be obligatory. Inspection by the
representative of ANN does not constitute a final

La inspección por parte del representante de
ANN no constituye una aceptación final y no
libera al proveedor de ninguno de los requisitos

G.A.3. El suministrador es totalmente
responsable de la calidad de los productos o
servicios por él suministrados, dentro de su
ámbito de suministro, debiendo garantizarlo a
través de la siguiente documentación:
Certificados de conformidad “CoC” incluyendo:
a) Nombre y dirección de fabricación del
proveedor.
b) Nº interno del certificado CoC, fecha de
emisión.
c) Orden de compra y revisión.
d) En el caso de una subcontratación parcial
debe existir trazabilidad con el alcance de la
subcontratación.
e) El PN y la revisión del plano aplicable.
f) Descripción del PN
g) Su número de serie, y cualquier otra
información que facilite la trazabilidad. El
certificado podrá ser por lote o por envio.
h) Lote de proveedor y/o lote de cliente.
i) Cantidad entregada.
j) La relación de INC’s
k) Manufacturing Note y revisión “MN”
l) Especificación de materia prima y revisión
(Para proveedores de materia prima)-
m) Tiempo de vida. (Si existe).
n) Firma o sello del personal autorizado.

 G. B. SISTEMA DE CALIDAD
G.B.4. El proveedor deberá haber implantado y
certificado un sistema de calidad que cumpla
con los requisitos indicados en la norma
internacional aplicable ISO 9001, EN 9100,
EN9110, EN9120 u otra norma equivalente
internacionalmente reconocida.
Para dar la aprobación del sistema de calidad
de un proveedor, en base a su aprobación por
un esquema de Other Party, Aernnova
verificará que se cumplen todas las
condiciones requeridas por la AMC Nº2 to
21ª.139 (b) (1) (ii)
Los subcontratistas a los cuales les apliquen
procesos especiales y que estos sean
certificables por PRI Nadcap, deberan obtener
la certificación correspondiente.
Para programas con requisitos OTAN también
deberá cumplir los requisitos de la PECAL 2110
y 2105.
Los subcontratistas habilitaran el acceso a
Aernnova, para conocer sus resultados de
auditoria, a través del Manage Data Access de
OASIS.
Para ello, el suministrador se pondrá en
contacto con su SQA de Aernnova, para que
éste le indique a que personas de Aernnova se
les debe habilitar dicho acceso.
 G. C. CONTROL DE DISEÑO /  G.
MODIFICACIONES
G.C.5. El proveedor deberá mantener un
sistema de control que asegure la
implementación de cambios introducidos en la
documentación contractualmente aplicable
(pedidos, planos, especificaciones y ordenes de
producción) manteniendo registros de
incorporación efectiva de estos cambios, y

 G. B. QUALITY SYSTEM
G.B.4. The supplier shall have established and
certificate a quality system that complies with the
requirements indicated in the applicable
international ISO 9001 standard, EN 9100,
EN9110, EN9120 or other equivalent standard
internationally recognised.
To give the approval of the system of quality of a
supplier, in base to their approval by a Other
Party scheme, Aernnova will verify that they
comply all the conditions required by the AMC
Nº2 to 21 ª. 139 (b) (1) (ii)
The subcontractors to which special processes
apply them and that these they be certifiable by
PRI Nadcap, should obtain the corresponding
certification.
In programs with OTAN requirements It must
complies the PECAL 2110 and 2105
requirements.
The subcontractors supplied the access to
Aernnova, to know its audit results, through the
Manage Dates Access of OASIS.
For it, the supplier will be put in contact with its
Aernnova´s SQA, so that this indicate to that
people of Aernnova should be supplied them
access.
C. DESIGN CONTROL /
MODIFICATIONS
G.C.5. The supplier shall maintain a control
system that ensures implementation of the
changes made in the contractually applicable
documentation (orders, drawings, specifications
and production orders) keeping records of the
effective incorporation of these changes and

 G. D. CONTROL DE LA 
DOCUMENTACION
G.D.6. Se deberá implantar y mantener un
sistema de control y archivo de la
documentación de calidad y definición del
producto, que garantice la accesibilidad,
confidencialidad y seguridad de la misma, y que
cumpla con los requisitos señalados en la
especificación aplicable así como los
específicos del programa según sección P de
este procedimiento, estando siempre a
disposición de ANN cuando sea requerida.
El procedimiento de referencia es el PSD-00-
001 “Anexo IV” (Distribución y Archivo de la
Documentación. Registros).
La documentación obsoleta y/o vigente
suministrada por ANN, deberá ser devuelta a
ANN a la finalización del contrato o pedido.
 G. G. RECEPCION
G.G.7. Se mantendrá una sistemática de
recepción acorde a lo requerido en las normas
internacionales. Esta sistemática deberá
asegurar que los materiales pendientes de
recepcionar se encuentran segregados de los
materiales y productos en uso.
Se deberá garantizar que los productos se
reciben con su documentación correspondiente
completa, y que se efectúan y satisfacen todos
los ensayos prescritos por la especificación que
lo ampare.
Se deberá disponer de una sistemática de
registro que permita relacionar los materiales
con los resultados de los ensayos así como la
documentación del fabricante.
Todos los ensayos deberán ser efectuados en
laboratorios que garanticen la trazabilidad a los

advising ANN of the reception of all the

G. D. CONTROL OF DOCUMENTATION
G.D.6. A system of control and filing must be
established for the quality and product definition
documentation, guaranteeing its accessibility,
confidentiality and security, and which complies
with the requirements indicated in the applicable
specification, as well as the specific
requirements of the programme according to
section P of this procedure. These shall be made
available to ANN whenever the latter might
require them.
The reference procedure is the PSD-00-001
"Annex IV" (Distribution and File of the
Documentation. Registrations).
Obsolete and/or applicable documentation
supplied by ANN, must be returned to ANN on
completion of the contract or order.
 G. G. RECEPTION
G.G.7. A reception system shall be maintained in
accordance with the requirements stipulated in
international standards. This system shall ensure
that materials pending reception are segregated
from materials and products in use.
It shall be guaranteed that the products are
received with their complete documentation, and
that all the tests stipulated in the specification
are carried out and satisfy all the tests stipulated
by the specification under which they are
manufactured.
A record system must be available that allows
the materials to be referenced to the tests as
well as the manufacturer’s documentation.
All the tests shall be made in laboratories that
guarantee the traceability of the international

 G. H. SERIALIZACION Y TRAZABILIDAD
G.H.8. El proveedor deberá establecer un
sistema para asegurar la trazabilidad del
producto a lo largo de todas las fases de la
producción, desde la recepción, instalación y
posterior envío. Para éllo se mantendrá
referencia de todos los registros de calidad a la
orden de fabricación, fecha de fabricación y part
number del producto, mediante anotación en el
documento de trabajo de ANN o del proveedor
según corresponda.
G.H.9. El proveedor deberá implementar y
mantener al dia un sistema para el archivo de
los registros de calidad de acuerdo a lo indicado
en el párrafo 4.16 de ISO 9001. Los registros de
calidad deberían ser conservado en archivo y
estar disponibles para ANN por el periodo
definido para cada programa según sección P.
Transcurrido dicho periodo deberá solicitarse a
ANN la acción a tomar, ya sea su destrucción o
su devolución.
 G. I. INTERCAMBIABILIDAD
G.I.10. El proveedor es responsable de
asegurar y certificar las características de
intercambiabilidad y reemplazabilidad (I&R) en
las partes a éste asignadas.
 G. J. CONTROL DE PROCESO
G.J.11. El suministrador deberá implementar
un sistema de control del proceso para asegurar
que los distintos procesos de producción se
efectúan de acuerdo a las especificaciones
aplicables.

 G. H. SERIALISATION AND
TRACEABILITY
G.H.8. The supplier shall establish a system to
ensure the traceability of the products
throughout all production stages, from reception,
installation and subsequent dispatch. For this
purpose, references of all quality records to the
manufacturing order, the date of manufacture
and product part number shall be kept by making
a note of this information in the ANN or supplier
working document.
G.H.9. The supplier shall implement and keep
up to date a system for filing quality records as
indicated in paragraph 4.16 of ISO 9001. Quality
records shall be kept in the archive and made
available to ANN for the period defined in each
programme in accordance with section P. After
this period has elapsed, the supplier shall ask
ANN what action is to be taken, i.e., to either
destroy these or return them.
 G. I. INTERCHANGEABILITY
G.I.10. The supplier is responsible for ensuring
and certifying the interchangeability and
replaceability (I&R) of the parts assigned to him.

 G. J. PROCESS CONTROL
G.J.11. The supplier shall implement a process
control system in order to ensure that all the
production processes are carried out in
accordance with the applicable specifications.

017. El Plan de Control deberá incorporar las
Key Characteristics definidas en los planos.
 G. K. INSPECCION Y ENSAYOS
G.K.12. El proveedor deberá inspeccionar los
productos durante todas las fase de producción,
para garantizar su conformidad con los
requisitos de diseño, debiendo establecer una
sistemática de inspección (según parrafo 4.10.3
de ISO 9001) y ensayo, incluyendo el archivo y
registro de todos ellos. Los informes de los
ensayos e inspecciones serán registrados para
cada item, partida, etc, de forma claramente
traceable y evidenciando que se han realizado
de acuerdo a las especificaciones aplicables y
que los resultados se hallan dentro de los
valores admisibles. En caso de que se detecten
defectos ocultos que puedan afectar a los items
ya entregados, deberá informar a calidad de
ANN de forma inmediata, y determinar
conjuntamente las acciones a tomar.
G.K.13. Cuando sea requerido por ANN podrá
imponerse la necesidad de otorgar una
autorización previa al envío de los suministros,
que se obtendrá bien por una revisión
documental o bien por una inspección en
origen. Cualquier deficiencia en el producto
podrá producir un rechazo de los mismos con
cargo al subcontratista.
 G. L. CONTROL DE EQUIPOS DE
INSPECCION, MEDICION , ENSAYO Y
PRODUCCION
G.L.14. El proveedor deberá establecer
documentalmente un sistema de control de
estos equipos, acorde a los requisitos del punto
7.6 de la norma EN9100, incluyendo su
mantenimiento preventivo para asegurar la
continuidad de la capacidad del proceso.
G.L.15. El sistema de calibración será traceable
a patrones internacionales. En todo caso los

Control Plans according to PCA-00-017. These
Control Plans shall incorporate the Key
Characteristics defined in the drawings.
 G. K. INSPECTION AND TESTS
G.K.12. The supplier shall inspect the products
at all stages of production, to guarantee
conformance with their design requirements, and
shall establish a system of inspection (according
to paragraph 4.10.3 of ISO 9001) and testing,
including the recording and filing of all of these.
The test and inspection reports shall be recorded
for each item, batch, etc., in a clearly traceable
manner and providing evidence that these have
been done in accordance with the applicable
specifications and that the results are within the
admissible values. Should hidden defects be
detected, that might affect already-delivered
items, this shall be reported to ANN Quality
inmediately, and the joint actions to be taken
shall be determined.
G.K.13. When required by ANN, the need to
grant an authorisation prior to the shipment of
the supplies may be stipulated. Said
authorisation shall be obtained either by means
of a review of the documents or by an at-source
inspection. Any deficiency in the product may
lead to their rejection at the expense of the
subcontractor.
 G. L. CONTROL OF INSPECTION,
MEASURING, TESTING AND PRODUCTION
EQUIPMENT
G.L.14. The supplier shall establish by
documentary means a control system for this
equipment, in accordance with the requirements
of paragraph 7.6 of the EN9100 standard,
including their preventive maintenance activities
to ensure the continued capacity of the process.
G.L.15. The calibration system shall be traceable
to international masters. In all cases, the

equipos serán probados antes de su uso para
verificar su tendencia, precisión y capacidad del
proceso, registrando dicha inspección de igual

G.M.17. El proveedor deberá implementar y
mantener un plan de mejora continua de la
calidad, con objeto de reducir el número de no-
conformidades, comprometiendose a alcanzar
los objetivos fijados por calidad de ANN
 G. N. ALMACENAJE, TRANSPORTE Y 

G.N.18. El proveedor establecerá una

G.N.18. The supplier shall establish a system in
accordance with the requirements of section

sistemática de almacenamiento de los
materiales perecederos, asegurando que se

un mínimo del 80% de su vida útil disponible.
A excepción de los materiales, requeridos por
cliente, que por naturaleza y procedencia del

corto), no puedan cumplir este requisito, se
aceptará que este tiempo de vida sea mayor
del 50%.
Cuando sea ANN quien le suministra este tipo

G.N.19. The supplier shall introduce a system
for the storage of perishable materials, ensuring
that these are used within their service life and
shall ensure that at least 80% of its service life
remains at the time of delivery.
Except for the materials, required by client, that
naturally and origin (long leed time and short
period of expiration), they cannot comply this
requirement, will be accepted that the life time be

de todas las piezas fabricadas durante el

O.N.60. Cuando se deba emitir por parte de un
subcontratista el formato EASA-FORM-ONE,y
para los países incluidos en la EASA se utilizará
el Impreso uno (Authorised Release Certificate)
como garantía mutuamente aceptada de
aeronavegabilidad, permitiendo la
reexportación.
O.N.61. Cuando se requiera, se incluirá el
certificado de aeronavegabilidad para
exportación con el envío de cada artículo. Dicha
certificación evidenciará la aprobación por parte
de la autoridad aeronáutica del país de origen.
Dicho requisito se requerirá dependiendo del
país, programa, proveedor y la nacionalidad del
cliente, y de acuerdo con el alcance de la
delegación que exista entre la autoridad que
supervisa y la que acepte el producto.
Antes de la Certifiación de tipo, se entenderá
que el Certificado sólo será conforme con el
diseño. Cuando se apruebe la certificación de
tipo, entonces, y sólo entonces, se entenderá
como Certificado de Aeronavegabilidad.

P.B.3. Existen procesos especiales para los que
no es suficiente con estar aprobado en la ASL
“Approved Suppliers Listing” de Bombardier, ya
que requieren una cualificación específica, a
nivel de Hoja Técnica por pieza, donde quedan
documentados los parámetros de proceso. (P.E:
Shot peening, peen forming, partículas
magnéticas…). Previo a producción todas las
Hojas Técnicas para todas las piezas, requieren
aprobación de BAMPE ó de una delegación
autorizada del BAMPE.
P.B.4. Los proveedores que soliciten
aprobación para trabajar en el Programa
Bombardier deberán remitir su solicitud al area
de Compras de ANN. Debe estar previamente
aprobado de acuerdo a la AS9100 (QD 4.6-40)
y en el caso de que vaya a realizar algún
proceso especial, deben tener previamente la
Certificación Nadcap correspondiente.
Posteriormente el proveedor debe generar un
dossier que se compone del cuestionario
BAQAF 4-6_3 “Supplier Self Assesment Survey)
y todas las evidencias que justifiquen cada
punto de este documento. (P.E.: EN 9100
certificate …). También se deberá adjuntar
dentro de este dossier el formulario BAQAF4-6-
16.2 firmado “Supplier acknowledgment of
receipt and compliance”, donde el proveedor se
compromete a cumplir la QD 4.6-40, con todas
la evidencias necesarias para justificar el
cumplimiento de cada punto que le aplique.
El area de SQA de ANN suministrará los
documentos BAQAF anteriormente
mencionados .
El dossier correctamente cumplimentado deberá
ser remitido al area SQA de ANN.
Si el proveedor va a realizar algún proceso
especial, deberá además cumplimentar la
siguiente información por proceso especial:

P.B.3. There are some special processes that
are not enought to be approved in the ASL
"Approved Suppliers Listing" of Bombardier. It is
required an specific qualification of the Technical
Sheet, by part, including the process
parameters. (P.and: Shot peening, peen
forming, magnetic particles…). Before
production, all the Technical Sheets, for all the
pieces, requires the approval of BAMPE, or by
an authorized delegation by BAMPE.
P.B.4. The suppliers that request approval to
work in the Bombardier Program should submitt
the request to the area of Purchasing of ANN. It
should be previously approved according to the
AS9100 (QD 4.6-40) and in the case that be
going to carry out some special process, they
should have previously the Certification Nadcap
corresponding.
Subsequently the supplier should generate a
dossier that is composed of the questionnaire
BAQAF 4-6_3 "Supplier Self Assesment Survey)
and all the evidences that justify each point of
this document. (P.and. : IN 9100 you certify you
…). Also it should be included inside this dossier
the form BAQAF4-6-16.2 signed "Supplier
acknowledgment of receipt and compliance",
where the supplier compromises to comply the
QD 4.6-40, with all the necessary evidences to
justify the compliance of each point that apply
him.
The area of SQA of ANN will supply the
documents BAQAF previously mentioned.
The dossier correctly complimented should be
sent to the area SQA of ANN.
If the supplier is going to perform some special
process, besides should compliment the
following information by special process:

realizará una auditoría previa a la del Cliente, la
cual será remitida a Bombardier con el dossier
de solicitud de homologación.
P.B.5. Los subcontratistas con aprobación para
realizar los procesos que requieren aprobación
BA, se encuentran listados en la WEB de
Bombardier:
www.bombardier.com/en/aerospace/suppliers,
usando el link “Approved Suppliers Listing”
(ASL).
Para poder subcontratar procesos a estas
fuentes aprobadas por BA, es mandatorio que
el subcontratista esté autorizado por ANN en el
listado GLAPS.
El subcontratista deberá comunicar a el área de
Compras de ANN su intención de subcontratar
procesos. No podrá subcontratar hasta recibir
autorización de SQA de ANN.
Este proceso de aprobación podrá requerir el
proceso descrito en el apartado P.B.4.
P.B.6. Para todos los procesos que requieren
cualificación, el subcontratista deberá preparar
cada ensayo en la cantidad y forma que se
solicite en la especificación aplicable. Ensayos
y Evaluación deben llevarse a cabo sólo por
laboratorios acreditados según la BAERD-
GEN-018.
P.B.7. Todos los ensayos y controles que
deban realizar los subcontratistas, tanto de
cualificación como de controles periódicos de
proceso, solo podrán realizarse de acuerdo a
las apropiadas especificaciones de Bombardier

P.B.6 For all the processes that required

pueden realizar en el laboratorio interno del

fabricante esté aprobado de acuerdo al EMCM-
001.
P.B.8. Todos los materiales (químicos,
hardware, etc) utilizados por un subcontratista
en su proceso de fabricación que estén
referenciados en la especificación aplicable, y
toda la materia prima, independientemente de
quien tenga la responsabilidad de compra,
deberán de comprarse y controlarse de acuerdo
a la norma EMCM-001 y/o listado ASL .Estos
materiales deben de pertenecer a una fuente
aprobada y en una dirección aprobada.

P.B.9. Los subcontratistas deberán guardar los
registros de calidad incluyendo las probetas
requeridas en los ensayos aplicables, por el
tiempo que se solicite en la especificación CTS
0010.
P.B.10. Los proveedores deben suministrar con
el envío de piezas un Certificado de
Conformidad donde se indique que el producto
cumple todos los requisitos del plano,
especificaciones aplicables y requisitos
contractuales. Se tiene que adjuntar una copia
de CoC dentro del embalaje por cada envío.
Los CoC’s de los proveedores tienen que incluir
la siguiente información de acuerdo con el
punto 4.15.8 del QD 4.6-40:

aprobado en el EMCM-001 o en un laboratorio
externo que se encuentre aprobado la lista de
proveedores aprobados de la página web de BA
www.bombardier.com para realizar esos
ensayos de acuerdo a la BAERD-GEN-018.
5. Es obligatorio adjuntar una copia del CoC
de cada proveedor que realiza cada proceso
especial.
Se debe verificar que el proveedor esté

procesos especiales que aplican, no es
suficiente con indicar los procesos que vienen
descritos en las notas generales de plano, ya
que la realización de esos procesos puede
suponer realizar otros procesos especiales
previos o posteriores.

In all purchase orders issued through the
computerised management system, the system
will incorporate automatically the applicable
quality clauses according to this procedure in
accordance with the scope of the supply and the
applicable programme.
In orders made for products belonging to
prototypes, as well as in all contracts, the
incorporation of the quality clauses shall be
done manually, the buyer being responsible for
inserting these clauses.
The quality clauses applicable to the purchase
documents shall always be divided into four
groups as listed below.

de un suministrador concreto, podrán añadirse
clausulas adicionales de los siguientes tipos:
7.4.1. Clausulas de requisitos adicionales no
recogidas en ninguno de los puntos anteriores,
que hagan mención a necesidades específicas
o especificaciones aplicables, y que bien
pueden ser alguna de las ya citadas en el
apartado 6.4. de este procedimiento u otra que
se considere necesaria incluir.
7.4.2. Clausulas que desactiven la aplicabilidad
de alguno de los requerimientos que en
principio serian aplicables según su alcance de
suministro y programa.
7.4.3 En los pedidos de programas PECAL,

7.5. REVISION Y APROBACION DE
DOCUMENTOS DE COMPRA
Es responsabilidad de compras y gestión de
suministros el incluir en los contratos y pedidos
de compra respectivamente, los requisitos de
calidad aplicables en los documentos de
compra. Esta responsabilidad incluye las
actividades de revisión y aprobación de los
documentos de compra previamente a su
difusión. Se deberá comprobar :
 Que el producto solicitado este descrito de
forma clara, incluyendo todas las
identificaciones precisas, así como las
especificaciones, planos u otros requisitos
aplicables.
 Que se incluyen las cláusulas de calidad
aplicables según el apartado anterior y su
alcance de suministro.

7.4. SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL CLAUSES

may occur in the purchase of material for a test
or prototype, or when it is appropriate due to the
special circumstances of a specific supplier,
additional clauses of the following types may be
added:

requirements not included in any of the previous

those already mentioned in section 6.4 of this

7.5. REVISION AND APPROVAL OF
PURCHASE DOCUMENTS
Purchasing and Supplies Management are
responsible for including the quality requirements
applicable in purchasing documents in contracts
and purchase orders respectively. This
responsibility includes the activities of revision
and approval of purchase documents before
these are issued.
The following points shall be checked:
 That the requested product is described
clearly, including all the identifications required,
as well as any specifications, drawings or other
applicable requirements.
 That the quality clauses applicable according
to the previous section and the scope of the
supply are included.
