Dear Parents and Guardians, January 1, 2020

Attached to this letter will be a copy of an infographic that has been giving to your

students about “cyberbullying.” Technology is becoming used more and more in the classroom,

with that being said, students are now using computers, laptops, tablets, iPhones, etc. to complete

their educational activities. As educators and parents/ guardians, we want to ensure that our

students are using the technology responsibly and kindly. As a digital citizen, students are

expected to be kind to others, stand up for their classmates, and always report any cyberbullying

that is being done, to a trusted teacher and/or adult. Within this infographic are tips that

encourage your involvement as well. Teachers and parents/guardians work as a team to keep our

students safe while being educated!

Se adjunta a esta carta una copia de una infografía que les ha estado dando a sus

estudiantes sobre el "ciberacoso". La tecnología se está utilizando cada vez más en el aula, dicho

esto, los estudiantes ahora están usando computadoras, laptops, tabletas, iPhones, etc. para

completar sus actividades educativas. Como educadores y padres / tutores, queremos asegurarnos
de que nuestros estudiantes estén usando la tecnología de manera responsable y amable. Como

ciudadano digital, se espera que los estudiantes sean amables con los demás, defiendan a sus

compañeros de clase y siempre denuncien cualquier ciberacoso que se esté cometiendo a un

maestro y / o adulto de confianza. Dentro de esta infografía hay consejos que también fomentan

su participación. Los maestros y los padres / tutores trabajan en equipo para mantener a nuestros

estudiantes seguros mientras reciben educación.
