Dear «Names»,

Five months ago, when the unprecedented lockdown was announced and the country
was brought to a standstill, the situation presented us with a challenge of mammoth
proposition. As an educational organisation, the engagement of thousands of young
students for their intellectual development depended upon how we faced this
challenge. The onus was upon us to ensure that the learning does not stop and to
maximise whatever resources and opportunities we had in order to forward our
mission of nurturing talent. In that respect, your efforts have surpassed my
expectations.
Our digital dialogue sessions of Keynote & Innologue pioneered a generational
transition in the conventional teaching learning pedagogy and proved to be the gold
standard of academia-industry collaboration for other academic institutions in the
region. However, every brilliant idea demands an equally comprehensive execution
and the way you all rallied behind the conception of these platforms is an affirmation
of your steadfast ownership and self-motivated involvement. Your professionalism as
a moderator of these sessions came from your diligent analysis of the topic and your
meticulous homework on the life of our guests. I deeply appreciate all the hard work
and countless hours you put in to ensure the flawless implementation of more than 45
such sessions.
I am positive that these sessions were as enriching for you, as they were scholastic for
our students. I believe this opportunity introduced you to some undiscovered traits of
your personality and pushed the boundaries of your previously recognised abilities. I
implore you to capitalize on these gains and to scout for similar avenues in future that
catalyse your cognitive progress.
