Objective

We are experiencing digital transformation at epic speed. COVID-19 has accelerated

secular trends in the ways we work and live, jumpstarting durable new habits that will
persist well past the pandemic.

Throughout 2020, as we’ve navigated the equivalent of a year of corporate

transformation every month, it’s HR professionals who’ve led the way. When COVID-19
caused a sudden shift to remote work, HR professionals held their ground & brought
everything online. They trained individuals and teams on essential new tools, quickly
deployed custom work strategies, and vigilantly protected organizations from
increasingly complex work turbulence. Now, as business leaders look to build resilient
organizations and find new opportunities for expansion & have futuristic approaches,
they’re looking up to HR professionals for sustainable solutions to support them for the
long haul.

Today at JECRC University, in this age of accelerated transformation we’re announcing

an HR Conclave, where broader views will be shared by HR veterans on this

About the conclave

JECRC University presents “HR Speaks” an HR Conclave aimed to provide a virtual
dais where the veterans from industry will interact & introspect with their peers from HR
sphere & budding managers on the recent trends amidst pandemic and developments
in the domain of Human Resource Management.

“HR Speaks” endeavors to explore the theme “HR Roles, expectations and emerging
business verticals”. In the present times, the significance of a comprehensive

The “HR Speaks:Virtual HR Conclave” takes place on Nov 6-7th, 2020

+ Where will the event be held?

This is an online event. It will be held on a customized virtual platform integrated
with zoom. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate
anywhere that you have internet access. The event is accessible from desktop,
mobile and tablet devices.

+ How does a Virtual Conclave work?

We will be sharing the credentials from which you can login on your session date.
Once you login you will be taken to the virtual lobby and then you can navigate to
the auditorium to view the sessions or visit the exhibit hall & explore about JECRC
University.

+ How much does it cost to attend?

There is no cost to attend this Virtual Conclave. You are free to browse the event,
attend all the sessions, interact with the booths setup and chat with fellow attendees.

+ How do I access the conclave even if I am not speaking at a

session?
