DELIVERY --- Comisiones por pedido (S/.2.50)

PARRILLADAS ---- Los mozos S/ 1.00 de comisiones por parrilla

POLLO TOTAL: Ayer unos 250 pollos aprox.

PARRILLAS: Ayer unas 30 parrillas vendieron

PLATOS CRIOLLOS: Ayer unos 28 aprox.

SABADOS DOMINGOS: 260,280 POLLOS

- El pollo demora en cocción unos 48 min. A 1h.

- Papas 8 min.
Los meses más fuerte son el mes de diciembre, el día dl pollo, dial de la madre y
febrero el día de los enamorados.
