Delivery time

Claims
Claims should be reported in writing within 8 days
from receipt of goods.
Return of goods only upon approval by Carl Hansen

& Son and only in original packaging (which we
gladly send on request). Carl Hansen & Son is
allowed to refuse goods should they not be properly
packed.
Transport damage
Transport damage should be reported immediately
to the freight carrier in writing; or at the latest 7
days from receipt of goods. When in doubt make a
note on the delivery note that the goods have been
received with reservation.

Material Information
Wood types Maple, ash, beech, oak, cherry and walnut.
We use prime-quality hard woods from Danish suppliers; cherry and walnut are sourced from
North America. Not all models are produced in all types of wood.
Wood is a natural material and its appearance may be affected by its surroundings (light, humid-
ity, temperature).
Linoleum Available in Forbo Desk Top colours: Black (4023), Dark grey (4166) and light grey (4175). Other
Forbo Desk Top colours are available for an additional charge of £ 92.00
Laminate High-pressure laminate is available as standard in NCS S0502-Y. The laminate is colored to the core.

terned fabrics. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, or to refuse COM, depending on
our upholstery department’s assessment of the COM.
Leaves Tables are made for up to 4 leaves. Please note that if a table is ordered with more than one solid
wood extension leaf, then only one solid wood extension leaf is produced from the exact same
wood as the table top; minor variations may occur in other leaves.
